News update: 2/12/13

The new thread started amidst holi colours sprinkled by the blasters to celebrate the intoxicated confession of the lovers on the show. The blasters find themselves drenched in the enchantment where for once, love is in the air and hate takes a backseat.

It was expected that the thanksgiving week will witness a marathon of reviews from Anita. However, her professors decided to butt in resulting in her postponing her marathon to the next vacation. The blasters advise her not to get disheartened by the delays. The thread and the blasters would always be here waiting for her takes.

Sohara's birthday was celebrated during the week with full vigour, gaiety and lots of mischief. Coining a new acronym for the boy, OSB (Our Sexy Boy), Indi invited BS to the party who was made the birthday girl's date for the day. Excitement reached a high during the party when news of BS's movie releasing in December, spread everywhere. But, it was soon found that the news was fake. However, it was realised that any news about BS, whether true or false, always managed to bring smiles to many faces.😃

Release of a few pictures of BS had the blasters in editing mode again. While ArshiHamesha brought in the ocean, Katelyn decided to make clones for everybody.😆 The thread has also been witnessing chats about votings and other related matters. Nevertheless, it has been discovered that a meaningful, engrossing discussion about the show has been going on in the previous thread. The priceless discussions of the blasters such as these has always enhanced the beauty of the thread and the news desk will always be proud of it.

The last few days have been gloomy for everybody for a year had gone by since the show went off air. With tears in eyes and a heavy heart, everyone in the forum including the blasters reminisced their favourite show and conveyed their heartfelt tributes.

The news desk would like to suggest to leave out the gloomy mood as soon it will be time for BFTP's first anniversary and this calls for a celebration. From the news desk, wishing all the blasters a Happy 1st BFTP Anniversary.

Almost two weeks since the thread started and we haven't even touched page 50. I think the slowest till now. Of course we had two other threads which kept us busy. Just conveying my observations.

On a lighter side, I can relax since there's still time for starting work on a new thread. 😉

please slip into more boring details about music. that ankhon mein gana, it was flat and too whiny i felt... its personality lacked individuality... utterly. one of those mere behna types, there was a heavy dose of maa in it, not written with feeling i thought. now i know i am being a bit nasty, but it somehow never did fit the ipk song book.

but the rest... yes, what choice of instruments. even when i don't recognise them, i know they have character... something to say. even liked that drummy, staccato ish score over the goondas. kidnap. khushi's hoi hoi hoi hoi... very pind i thought but fun, lovely instruments. yesterday holi started... that frenzy in its tune, i like. of course rabba vey, the songs, the many interpretations, uff. also asr's music, swishy or sad, both super duper. yes mr singh was a man possessed.
