Well, so here she was in Vegas. The city of sin. The entertainment capital of the world. A place which was famous for Casinos and Hotels and was associated with other such activities which made the city much lively at the night than that in the mornings. Anyone who knew Khushi Kumari Gupta would mull over the point that what she was doing here across the world when she had a marriage scheduled in India just the next day. Then khushi would tell you in her voice that had turned slurry due to many a drinks of Vodka in no uncertain terms that her ***ing would-be-husband was having a affair with some girl behind her back(of course), so the honeymoon in Las Vegas that she had spend so much money on to enjoy with her future husband, she was enjoying it alone by getting drunk to oblivation. At least her money was not getting wasted on that stupid cheating jerk who had been going down her best friend the night before their wedding. So here she sat alone far away from India, getting wasted and enjoying herself.
Suddenly she felt a hand on her should just as she was falling down her stool in some bar that was nearest to her hotel. When she looked up, what she saw a handsome face looking down at her in amazement as she was slurring to herself. He made her sit on the chair and took the chair next to it, while still holding her arms.
"Are you alright miss?"
Suddenly khushi felt anger at the whole gender of males that thought so high about themselves and looking at the smirking hot man in front of her was the limit. She snapped irritated.
"Yes, I am alright, I am very much fine and I am perfectly happy being single, i have whatsoever no wish to get married of the likes of the men like you. Oh I just wish I was a lesbian instead, at least I would have gotten a good life partner but no I had to be strait instead. Maybe I will get that operation done tomorrow or something. Need a appointment..."
Arnav Singh Raizada was Confused and flabbergasted to say the least. This beautiful girl over here had just humiliated his whole gender here giving the reference of some jerk and in the next statement wished to be gay. Was she insane or just plain drunk. He wished drunk, because it was a waste of beauty being insane. He was sure she had suffered some grief and so, he decided to talk to her patiently.
"Hi, I am Arnav. I just came here for some drinks when I saw you. So tell me what is your name and what are you doing here, getting drunk like this."
"Khushi. Fiance cheated with best-friend. Marriage tomorrow in India. Satisfied." Said Khushi everything in a clipped tone, anger still present in her voice. She liked him but at present she hated all men in general.
"No. but it will do for now. So why don't we get some more drunk and forget about your ex-jerk. Let me buy you a drink"
"This is the first good think you have said since you have met me. Bring it on."
Sun shone on her face as she moved her face in irritation to hide from the light that was disturbing her dreamless sleep. Suddenly the brightness was obstructed with a shadow; the movement was so sudden that she opened her eyes suddenly feeling as if someone was present near her, watching her. She opened her eyes to see, the stranger from last night looking at her, raising one of his eyebrows at her when she grimaced with pain in her head due to a hangover that was bound to come due to the vast amount of drinking that she had done last night. She was handed a pill with some water that she drank immediately and closed her eyes to feel instant relief.
Just as she ipened her eyes and looked at the surroundings, she got the fright of her life to know that she was sitting in a private jet that was at the minute flying somewhere. She did not care where, Because...
"HELP ME HELP ME, I'M KIDNAPPED...KIDNAPPED...THIS MAN KIDNAPPED ME...POLICE...POLICE...HELP ME HELP..."
Arnav who was sitting beside her did not expect this and cringed in fright and when he settled down after his own shock, he looked amazed at Khushi to hear her shouting when no one else was present in the jet except for the two of them. He then proceeded to silently pull her down to sit and tried to explain calmly that they were going to India, to attend her wedding which was to be held in some 7 hours of time and that they were halfway there already.
