Firstly I have to admit, the fact that Barun is damn lucky to get the role of ASR and it is also true that how he justified the character, I have doubt anybody could do it or not. and I must say what a magnificent character of ASR Gul and the creatives team made! I salute them for giving us ASR and thanks them to cast barun.i understand your point. But still I have to defy in some points. Let's think the situation from arnav's POV. He thought khushi was in love with Shyam. So he blackmailed her on the condition to break up Payal's marriage. But if he told her that he already knew her relationship with shyam, what did he think Khushi would do? Of course she will not leave Arnav to be with shyam, leaving her sister's life in jeopardy! If her intention was that she wouldn't agree to marry him in any condition. And Arnav's shatir dimaag knew it very well. My opinion is it was channel's wish to create the MU like this. Anyway it's a world of fantasy, so we can't find logic everywhere. But it's true that Arnav and Khushi's relationship grew by leaps and bounds after that forced marriage. And the most sublime aspect is, it proved that how divine their love was, so that it could surmount the hate without any prove.I agree that sometimes because of the family, specially for the kids, things become complicated in relationship. People has to bear the unwanted relationship because of the kids. but you know what, an unhealthy relationship also affects their kids. And I've seen it in front of my eyes.
