Meeting you is one of the most cherished moments of my life.

Yes, call me crazy, and call my psychotic, and even call me maniacal, but why should I lie... it's simply the undeniable truth. You are more than an actor to me. You're an inspiration and the ultimate role model. No, I don't know you personally and I'm positive you don't remember me, but you have touched me in ways that not many people have.

I admire your humility. I admire what you stand for. I admire your courage and the purity of your heart. To describe you in words is... impossible, and more importantly, it is unnecessary, because you are an individual who speaks for yourself.

No amount of negativity can change the fact that you have changed lives of hundreds of thousands of individuals-- from being simply an actor who came onscreen at 8:00 PM to becoming an paragon of brilliance to people all around the world.

Never will I forget the exhausted man who waited for me outside the door to his hotel room... who gave me irreplaceable memories, when he could have easily walked inside and avoided me and the impending inconvenience. You don't remember me Barun, but you are simply unforgettable.

You must have heard many people tell you that you have bettered their lives by breathing life into the character of Arnav Singh Raizada. I won't agree. It was Arnav Singh Raizada who changed my life. He brought me to the phenomenon known as Barun Sobti. And for that I am eternally grateful.

You have touched us in more ways than you can imagine, Sobti. You are truly the golden boy of television. You have shined and you have left us speechless through your splendor. You have proven.. a man of value will always become a man of success.

May god retain his blessing on you forever and may you cross even the confinements of the farthest stars. May your days be filled with joy, laughs and smiles.
