What a beautiful closure for Lavanya. Loved it. I would complain about you writing new stuff while we are eagerly waiting for updates on the work underway, but this made such good reading that you are forgiven. Jist for a little while. 😛

Very nice! I snorted at the idea of Nishad laughing at ASR myself. What a caricature he was! Lovely read Semanti. I always like the stories that do justice to Lavanya. An interesting character, reduced to a mere trope in the show.

I also read the one that was Shyam leching over Khushi. I'll catch up with the Captain and Mrs.Raizada series soonish. How lucky I stumbled upon this. Thoroughly enjoyed reading.

Very well written, as I've come to expect from you.

I loved reading about Lavanya's struggle and how she overcame those obstacles to come back as a stronger, wiser woman.

But she's still human, isn't she? Old wounds still bother her at times...

And then , there's her Rabba Ve moment!

I already love Nishad Nair!

Do you know what I was thinking while I was reading this?

This could easily have been shown in one episode of the show, thus ensuring that her story got the proper closure it deserved.

Lavanya is well on her way to her happily ever after, all thanks to you!

Absolutely brilliant!👏

True Lavanya's character in the show was removed like a bad apple amongst the lot of good.

You beautifully described her emotions...her wish for wanting ASR to look at her the way he looked at Khushi, her changed dressing style and also the line when you mentioned she was in between...that was surely heart wrenching.

Loved the way you ended it as well...that she finally found a man ...her own ASR (if I may say so) and that she would pay a visit to Shantivan with Nishad's hand locked in hers...excellent!👍🏼

Ok now I'm finally done with your writing index...looking forward to lots more😃

The two things that stood out for me was she became Chamkili for ASR and that Khushi- a small town, un-English, etc etc girl was more confident than Lavanya, an English knowing, polished, city girl etc etc was...

That was brilliant observation.

Not everyone is destined to have a brooding, devastatingly handsome hero.

But everyone deserves true love.

Glad La now has that.

You gave a closure to something I never got in the show and hated the CVs for it.

i think lavanya her self was little cofused...she was not in love with asr she knew the score when she entre asr's life...it is khushi who made her realise ...as you said who want the copy if you got real thing...but one thing i agree that ipkknd did not give her proper closer

I loved this lavanya-centric fic. Most.of the times a lot of fics don't give lavanya her due. If they are kind enough she is given the role of a sidekick. No depth whatsoever. She's taken for granted. Which is why I love the fact you''ve written out a new life for her...a happy ending. Because she deserves it for being so mature and bighearted. She really did love ASR and so she let him go. One of my favourite characters in the series. Thanks for writing a story I desperately wanted to read.

I had no actual interest with Lavanya, until the moment she decided to walk out of her relationship with ASR, with her head held high. I respected her, then. I loved her, then. I was surprised she took up photography, I thought she'd get into styling. :-)

So Nishad Nair. A geeky software engineer, none too pleasant a face, easy laughter and a smile. You bought tears to my eyes, I'm not accustomed to fan fictions reminding me of some people.
