Did arshi actually sign a contract?

I have been wondering about this for some time.

There are plenty of clues that point to this, but it has never been made clear.

So share your opinion on this.

Here is what I think about the contract

Clue 1. On holi day Khushi's dialogue " aapko business business Khelna Bahut achcha lagta hai na,

Yah an sign karo, wah an sign karo" - probably he got her to sign some papers

Clue 2. When she was to go to London, she must have got a passport as mrs Arnav Singh Raizada, for which some proof of marriage had to be produced

Clue 3. Arnav calls her " my legally wedded wife " in the scene when he recreates old moments

Clue 4. When she decides to leave him, he threatens her with the contract, she asks him if he plans to hand her over to he cops, again indicating a legal contract violation

Clue 5. When she fakes a fracture and confronts her, he says " divorce ke liye witnesses bhi yahin mil jaayenge" , indicating a legal marriage.

But, but , but, nothing in this blooper filled IPKKND is so straight forward

There are also clues pointing to no formal contract

Clue 1. This was never shown or discussed

Clue 2. If there was a contract signed and one sort of registration done, then why didn't he say that when dadi exposed that pheras were not done, after all a court registered marriage would have been as acceptable as a religious ceremony!

So friends, share your POV on this one, and lets discuss whether there was any on tract signed or laad governor was just aise showing sadda haq on Khushi

Or maybe, some other angle of the director, camera angle nahi to koi story angle hi!

Lets discuss and

Njoy!!!

Hi,

The contract was shown only in the SBS of that day but was never shown in the actual episode. Dont know why! But the clues that there was an actual contact over ride that of not having one! Thats why I never believed in the Remarriage, as for all practical purposes they were a legally wedded couple
! If there wasn't an actual contract, Khushi wouldn't have felt obliged to count down until it ends.
But the biggest loop hole of IPK ofcourse that of every one being made blissfully oblivious to how their first marriage happened. There was a dire need for every one to know the conditions of it!

I missed the sbs, and yes the marriage loops were left open, actually by then the story had gone off track, I have 12 days to win her back track started well , but after day1, it again got derailed!

There were so many hints to the contract, maybe it got left out in editing

Actually they were many hints that there was a legal contract. But what I found rather confusing was why both Arnav and Khushi reacted as if their marriage was not legal when Dadi questions them. All they had to do was produce that contract which legally makes them married.
Why big deal about remarriage as if they were not married before legally. They could have shown remarriage just for family's or Khush's happiness.
Anyways there are so many loop holes and bloopers in our IPK that we may need another season to correct/close them.
