Hey all IPKKND SAVER's out there. Listen up. I just spoke to DISH NETWORK AGENT ANGEL at California. Guys, Star Plus is in war with the international viewers. Star challenges us that we are fake and only threatening them to cancel the channel right? O.k. While my sister and I cancelling the channel dish Network suggested us to e-mail the reason to this address: feedback@customermail.dishnetwork.com
Guys, even if you are the non-customer, please spam this e-mail address for the international viewers. Please help us here. according to Angel, Dish Network is huge and they will make sure let Star Plus know about that right away. One cancellation makes a difference according to her because there are so much competition going on behind the scene. The inter relationship between those companies are so vulnerable that they count each and every single subscriber to their loss and profit sheet and could cut off thread instantly. This is from the Dish Network, not from me. So, please act now and send the email ASAP. Please bring the justice to the viewers and show Star Plus the answer to their insensitivity and arrogance.

I got the same message as well. They want to know why we cancelled the subscription. I let them know. They seem to genuinely care. They are the largest distributor for Star Plus currently in the USA. They are the reason we can't watch the shows on Youtube anymore.

Hello,

I have been a customer of Dish Network for a very long time. I mainly subscribe to Dish for Star Plus. Recently, Star's behavior towards its audience has left something to be desired. They have been unprofessional and misleading. There is a show called Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. The fans have asked them over and over again to retain the main actor, Barun Sobti, but Star has been uncooperative and has lied over and over again. Without Barun Sobti in the show there is no reason to watch Star Plus and hence there is no reason to subscribe to Dish Network. If Star Plus continues its unprofessionalism then I will be forced to cancel Dish Network and switch over to Cablevision. Thank you for your time.

Yeah I have Dish too & was going to tell them about SP when I am going to unsubscribe soon. It would be even better if we cc all SP contacts while sending this feedback to Dish. Let the SP honchos know we weren't lying & our threats aren't idle threats. We are serious & mean business.
