Guys... a small advise from my end...

Please have short conversation with them...

Reason being...

They are getting too many calls but short of staffs/operators...

Due to this... many calls goes unanswered as we keep the operators busy on the phone for over 20minutes or so...

So please lets do short calls and direct to the point..

1. DONT ASK them for any sort of UPDATES because they clearly don't have it... or even if they do.. they are misleading...

2. Just state YOUR DEMANDS

- RETAIN BARUN - CHANGE PH!! This is a must!!! - We want an answer BEFORE SPL

3. Give them open threats

- BOYCOT SP - Unsubscribe SP - Law suit - Protest - Media - Refund SPL money...

Don't call from India and say I want my SPL money back... don't lie because they have your numbers on their call logs...

DON'T 4get to ask for their number!!!!
