Saying if this was a phone company who ends production of a certain model as it was not good they still have to try and sell of the old stock...so I said the consumers are not fools once the feedback is out of a phone or it gets negative publicity then no one will ever buy it, and if the company does not gracefully accept the failure of a product and remove it then it also ruins the brand name, the next time round no consumer will have the confidence to buy any new product from your brand.

He says what happens if the show ends then in any case people will unsubscribe...so I said no, not if they show a happy ending then people will have faith in your channel but if the viewers feedback is ignored then no one will ever watch any show on our channel ...

i dont think so...anyways i didnt go to school today becoz there is a hartal outside my colony...yay!!!!! I can many times!!!!!

Called 3 times today. For the first two calls they have repeated what they told till yesterday. The third one was attended by a lady called Sheeba. She told me that it is confirmed that BS quit the show and a new actor Viraf is entering and he is not replacing BS. He is not acting as lead. When I asked whether he is acting opposite to Sanaya and she told she just don't know that. She also said that she will inform the authority about my request to change the PH.

I think that they will introduce Viraf as a side character and if they get acceptance from viewers they will change him into the lead as the new man in Khushi's life. We have to force them to change the PH and and retain Barun Sobti after the UK trip. Any way I am going to call them again and again.
