@Jerry (sachi, right?) - i agree, there's much more that needs to be shown with the Arhi story. what's preposterous is that they've known that BS is 'going on a break' or 'quitting' for months, so why have they not been bringing some closure to the Arhi story? we have been getting one crappy track after another. this goes to show that there indeed is internal turmoil amongst all parties involved - the tracks show that they don't know how to take the story forward.

Most of started out here for the terrific acting and chemistry and love story. But then we saw things that didn't make sense, or handled badly... And the name bashers emerged and we embraced it...

viraf will be one side love story ... kushi will behave as friend ... they will see trp... if around 2.5 continue with them else bring back sobti after break ( nearly 1 month)... as arrogant ASR( memory loss...) love triange...😛
definitely they wont kill ASR character since it is the mass attract of the show ( not even actor)😳
there will be open entry for BS since he is an SP contractor and most of them said ASR is not replaced and its break including sanaya...

As much as we all want Barun to stay I am sorry but I will just stop caring once he leaves. If after he leaves and decides to come back later on that will make no sense to me and will piss me off to no end. No channel will accept that regardless of who it is especially not SP because that is the height of being unprofessional. You cannot come and go according to your own whims and fancies that's not how things work.

Please tell me which job works like that?

I will disagree with one thing. I think VPP is a better and more capable actor but just hasn't gotten enough chances. Kismet proved what he is capable of What VPP lacks he makes up more in other places same goes for Barun. I do agree that these days Barun has been hit and miss, he hasn't been giving it all which is very disappointing for me to see. To keep the story alive Viraf should just be a new character, and kill both Khushi and Arnav off, like Romeo and Juliet, like the Notebook, etc.

Anyways, most of us don't want VPP to be Anjali's love interest. But yes we all do feel that the show should take a generation leap, retain Sanaya as the daughter raised by the family this way Anjali will have her own story as the woman who raised her. Have a role reversal where the daughter is the spitting image of Khushi but the personality of ASR and then in comes Viraf and history repeats itself... well sort of.

Apparently these days Barun is making calls to fans and saying his heartfelt secrets. But, even if he is making calls, Barun apparently clearly stated he is leaving for the sake of the show which was interpreted as he was being forced to leave. However, would not the more obvious truth be that if he continues doing movie from now on, he will have no time for daily soap, hence it's better to have another male lead "for the sake of the show"? But of course, a conspiracy theory is less far-fetched than this obvious answer.
