More than ASR & I would miss watching Barun everyday. I am a sucker of Pakistani & Indian drama but have never ever been attached to any actor or character as much as I am with ASR/Barun. One day, while casually surfing the channels I watched a precap of a serial Sharddha on SP where the entry of a new man was being shown & there was just a close-up of eyes of that man. I don't know what was in his eyes; magnetism, intensity, naughtiness yet so much innocence. Those eyes bewitched me & I watched his each & every scene & show after that. I am short of words for his portrayal of ASR. But more than his looks I love his acting, talent, expressions & the human being that he is.

thanks so much 😃. i feel so happy to hear someone liked reading my stuff.

you say it so well about the first time you saw him in shraddha. actually, i am not an avid viewer, but for the last 10 odd years the tv is left on on some indian channel for a while after i come home and again late at night, just so i can look at home, india. that's how i saw bits of shraddha. he was brought in almost at the end. i remember seeing him and thinking, nice, something about the boy. though the serial didn't do anything for me and his dialogues were fairly flat, yet i would watch when he was there.

i guess that's when, without realising, i became a phangurrl 😆. just like asr fell for khushi without any idea that he was.

i wish him well too and i know he has acted with his individual sense of rightness. though he has said that he is not really like asr, i suspect he has no idea how much of asr is there in him. like he has no real idea of his own potential as an actor.

he is a phenomenal talent. even when he is raw and struggling he is devastating and never forgettable.
