From what I've read, in the interview he said that he is 'taking a longish break' or something, but I just cam across tweets on the official Star Plus twitter and they've tweeted the following:

Yes, we confirm that Barun has quit #IPKKND. This is solely his decision and there's nothing much that we can do about it.

when i logged on few days ago, i read that he was taking a break.

when i logged on yesterday, i listened to the podcast where he said he didn't know for how long he was going to take a break.

and now today, i come across topics that said he has officially quit.

This is getting worse by the day. I don't think i can pull myself together. This is so depressing!!!
