for the long (indefinite) break is synonomous to quitting, tomorrow there will be nothing new, only after U.K. trip the whole truth will be out if at all.

I feel so cheated😭 I am so so attached to this show.. BS wants to leave, why? why?there have been actors who worked on TV shows for years.. it is not even 2 years that he is working on this show.

sorry to say but I feel success has gone to his head. Can't he just tell us the truth? what is this nonsense.. long break. a month ago he lied that he won't be leaving the show

No wonder they killed the story so abruptly, Arnav's past, Shyam's exit everything was done in haste... This show could hav ebeen something else had he not given the notice..

Now common he won so many awards only because of his fans.. Could he have won something like peoples choice award or his movie... He is just being selfish.. even his fans deserve some loyalty.. whatever he is today is because of his fans and his show.. His talent would have been wasted was it not for this show😭

anyway there is no point in crying and cribbing.. I just don know what will I do?? This was one show that I was so obsessed about.. But I guess its time for me to get out of this fiction world and get back my life

I know but he can't say a word against SP which is powerful channel, it will destroy his career. I think after leaking news from twitter SP is very cautious now.

And as for my loyalty to the show, it has ended long time ago. But my OCD traits and pure pig-headedness didn't permit me to leave the show. I kept hoping that it will get better but it never did. Then I ignored this and pacified myself my thinking that it was a dip in the storyline and all tv shows have that. But this dip in storyline didn't stop. It kept going and has now reached boiling point hence the crappy bheja fry wala episodes.

We have been taken for a wild joyride by everyone. The PH, BS and channel. They are having the time of their lives in the joyride but eventually us viewers are left clueless.

His leave for 45 days did affect the show. It was long and overstretched. Many viewers left the show. But still some loyal viewers had their faith in the show. And they have played with that faith. They didn't have the common courtesy to tell us that his leave will go for 45 days.

I want to say good luck to him for Bollywood if that is indeed the reason why he is quitting. But I am certain that this decision will prove to be fatal for him in the future. He has ruined his career with his own hands. ASR got him this global recognition and I fail to see why he wants to stop playing that very role. Too much success and fame too handle? Well good luck Sobti and all the best for Mr Right. Kya farak padhta hai agar ASR was the reason u got to be Mr Right in the first place. Let's see how many box office records this movie breaks...

oh i so loved your reply i mean just call a spade a spade for god's sake...tell the god dammit admirers/fans/fanatics/phangirls straight up if you're giving up on the show or not...why the cliffhanger...n i'm a positive person even i always thought that a day would come when our show would be back with the initial days magic again but now sick n tired of this quitting/takin a looong break/leaving crap i mean how much insanity can a darned heart n brain of ours take...oh well positivity gone outta the window now

I am sorry I am butting in...he will lose credibility. For sure he may be stupid but not fool to take such a wrong step at wrong time...when he is getting so many awards thru this character..why wld he want to quit
PH or SP wld have told him to do say I am going on a deserved break..SP is spending money to send them to UK..why wld they allow him to say he is quitting until trip finishes...how will they get their ROI
I don't know who is loyal...who is not..I am fed up of all this drama...

I agree. It;s like he's beating around the buch and not telling us the entire truth...

a "break" basically means that he's not coming back. People can think whatever they want but after one take sa break, he/she will get other offers and slowly he/she will get further away from the show making it even more hard to come back. So If Barun has decided to leave the show, i don't htink he needs to say he's taking a break. Just come out with it and say it.

Then the fan can decide what they want to do instead of continuing to have a misguided hope.

I for one will not forgive him...he is plain selfish by taking the fans for a ride...
