I hate that I'm mad at arnav ... The bedroom scene today was sooo horrible I mean, he literally doesn't seem to care what so ever...I know it is a show but It raises a scary thought ..How can love die overnight. How come there is nothing at all between them .They got recently married..they seem like strangers .Are relationships so fragile that they break so easily.

Yes, it is scary. The CVs are driving us crazy.

I too felt upset to see them interact, as though all the romance we saw was a dream. Has Sheetal finally changed Arnav so drastically that all he can see now is Sheetal and Aarav. What about poor Khushi, who is she now of Arnav's. A nuisance. He treats her like one. My heart yearns for my poor Khushi and what she is going through. The outcome of all this will be dreadful. She will be forced to do something.

Did you watch the pre-cap and what Sheetal said. She does have an agenda. I am really very scared now.😡😡

Seriously man! Even a kid could have looked at khushi n realised something is upsetting her n arnav accepted her explanation of being tired?! Is he the same guy who used to pursue khushi until she told him the reason behind her worries? It appeared as if arnav was doing a formality of asking abt the well-being of his wife n when the formality was over,he went bk 2 his routine! He was behaving like a complete stranger...

I agree.

And the funny part is how the CVs are not able to see the contradictions and inconsistencies they are creating in the characterizations.

Arnav was always professing that he did not like kids. Ok, it was hinted that this was a facade and actually he could be quite indulgent with children if he chose.

But there is a difference between being casually friendly or affectionate to an unrelated child on the one hand, and being extremely emotionally vested, to the extent of being a father figure, on the other.

Arnav KNOWS that Khushi is insecure about his past with Sheetal. He KNOWS that the alarming resemblance between him and Aarav is troubling his wife, to the extent that she even took a DNA test to clear her doubts regarding him being the Father.

And Yet, he has no qualms playing such a fatherly role to Aarav? Taking a day off from office to spend time teaching him basketball?? Has Arnav even taken some days off office to take his newly married (remarried) wife for a honeymoon yet?

Also, I thought he admitted, while playing the match with Sheetal, that she'd vastly improved? So why not let HER teach HER OWN son, how to play? Or is it that Arnav has now decided to resign as MD of AR Industries, to open a BB training camp? 😊

Being a Harvard educated, shaatir dimaag business tycoon, would he not understand that such 'fatherly' behavior would fuel Khushi's insecurities? He does not have to feel that these insecurities are justified. But still, he can, as a reasonable spouse, avoid fueling them??

Yesterday's interaction between Arnav and Khushi felt REALLY hollow. Here is a guy who has FINALLY been united with the woman of his dreams, after months and months of pain and misunderstanding. He had FINALLY realized just some weeks/ months back, that he LOVES her and cannot live/ breathe without her.

Does that emotion come through in any sense in the episodes these days? Arnav seems to be all "cool dude" reminiscing about his sporty, happening college fun days with Sheetal (where was the bitter, tormented soul with the dark memories? Split personality? Bipolar disorder?). And he seems all involved fatherly advice and camaraderie with Aarav.

Don't mistake me, the kid is REALLY cute. I don't say Arnav should be rude to his ex or Aarav-- after all, he's confident he can't be the father, so no need to be defensive. But it would be nice if he would just restrict the interactions to politeness and mild affection instead of all out teasing banter and emotional involvement.

Plus, its so odd that he's shown to be completely unaware of his wife's emotions and feelings. She made jalebies--a sure sign that she was stressed! But he swallows her half hearted explanation that she made them coz he won the match??

Then when she looks all disturbed after hearing his 'taking saturday off to teach Aarav Basketball' plans, he just asks her if she's really OK, and goes off to change his clothes?

This is not an anti--Arnav post or a Kushi-fanatic post. I am a fan of both characters. I am just so annoyed with the CVs for creating massive inconsistencies in the back story and character make up of the leads which makes the whole current track fall flat...

Cheers..

Agree with you, that Arnav has no need to feel defensive since he's sure that his relationship with Sheetal never went to the extent that he could possibly be Aarav's biological Dad.

But don't you think the CVs are erring in this track by making Arnav excessively pally with Sheetal, with teasing and non stop banter about their college "awesome 2some days"?? When he already knows Khushi is insecure, what was the need to do this at all? Wouldn't Arnav be smart enough to realize this would fuel Khushi's sense of being left out and not being 'suited' for him?

My question goes one step more- Arnav was supposed to be this dark, tormented character struggling with the scars of his traumatic past. But now suddenly we are shown that he was a fun loving, sporty dude who used to sometimes 'let' his college girlfriend win their matches...Seems like we are being shown a new character altogether who was quite light hearted?

Understand that the CVs had to show something to put that doubt in Khushi's mind. But why not some other nuggets of information more in keeping with Arnav's character that was shown so far?

Plus why is Arnav investing so much emotionally into Aarav when he knows Khushi is insecure about this bond? He could be off handedly affectionate, without being such a father figure? For example, I could simply not understand Arnav being shown as taking a day off to teach Aarav basketball...If he has the time at his disposal, why not plan his long overdue honeymoon? Or merely take his wife out for a lunch/ dinner?
