Khushi was still in shock. She read the text thousands of times to make sure that it said was true. I love you too arnav'. A tingling sensation traveled across khushis body when she read it to herself. He loves me. A smile lit across her face.
' he loves me. And he took the time out to text me. I thought that he would have taken it as a joke though. I didnt know that he took it seriously. Man, hes good at hiding his expressions and then theres me. I go as red as the sun. Hold on, how did he get my number?'
Khushi had a strong urge to ask how he got her number. After a few moments of hesitation and taking devvi maiyya's name she texted him.
' how did you get my number?' she typed with full confidence she sent it.
Moment Later khushi became.impatient waiting for his reply. And she finally got it.
' A special birdie gave it to me ;)' she read. Khushi blushed when she saw the wink. She imagined what it would be like if he actually at her, at the worst she would faint.
' which birdie? I dont give many people my number, especially people who know you' she texted back.
Khushi became lost in her thoughts. Who gave him my number? She asking herself.
' a special friend of yours who bought us together, come ln khushi who is your freind who knows that you like me?' she read in her mind.
That was the moment of realization. MEENA!!!
Khushi instantly closed the convo and called meena.
'hell-'
'MEENA you gave arnav my phone number without telling me? What the hell Meena!' khushi tone of voice was very rough and mean.
' ok so meena' khushi now spoke sofly.
'what happened? When did he come up to you? Where was i? Come on meena tell me!?
' well khushi if you let me speak then maybe i can tell you' replied meena laughing. Meanwhile khushi was laughing already.
' ok, so you know when you came to my science room, and then i said that i needed to go to my English room-'
'yeh'
'thats when he asked me.'
' awww, what did he say?'
' he juat asked me whether you fancied him or not then i asked him why and then he said because he liked you as well.!'
' how did you react?'
' well he didnt really give me time to react.after i said that you did like him,then he smiled and asked for your number. He was in a rush though to make sure that no one had seen us, you know what i mean?'
' yeh, but to be honest i dont blame him'
Khushi had a burning desire to talk to arnav now, so before they started a convo khushi made an excuse and said bye.
She opened her chat with arnav and replied.
' well i found out who the biridie is' khushi typed and sent.
Before khushu could even put the phone down it vibrated, which bought a smile to her face.
' better have thanked her cause she bought us together'
Khushi trembled when she read the word together. But he was right
They were together, they had both confessed to each other in some way that they liked each other. So they were together.
' yeh, i guess' she hastily replied.' hey do you wanna meet up somewhere secret'
Khushi could not believe it. Her heart once again began to race. He wanted to meet up! Some where secret. However khushi began to blush, she was so eager yet petrified.
'yeh sure, behind the gym by the car park no one goes there at break?' khushi texted him.
' yeh thats perfect place. Come alone ;)' arnav.instantly replied.
Khushi smashed her hand againt her wide mouth when.she read the text.
What a naughty and cheeky arnav he sure was she thought!
' ok khushi, your going to meet arnav tomorrow. Nothing to be afraid of, but there is everything to be afriad of. What am i going to wear? Oh yeh school uniform, yes i lovw havibng school uniform. What about my face? I dont wear any! Damn! Yeh but if i i do then i will probably look like s**t! Yeh and arnav looks at me everyday without make up so its fine. Ugh god what perfume will i wear!'
The day turned into night and khushi awaited for the moment to come. When she would finally be able to embrace her love once and for all...
