Arnav will not let her hurt. A big MU is coming on the way. we can assume It by seeing Shit-all's expression that, she has something in her mind about the DNA test. You know anything is possible in India. She definitely will bribe the doc to change the report as her wish.Khushi will be devastated for sure and may leave RM. Arnav definitely won't let her go and he may investigate the whole fiasco. And will win in flying colors for sure that Arav is not his son and it's all plotted by that churail.
