I have a strong feeling that Arnav understood that Khushi wanted to know if he was intimate with Shital. I think it has not occurred to him that Khushi is worried about Araav being his son, he is thinking that it is just simple jealousy. He told her "Aisa kam to main sirf tumhare sath kar sakta hoon". At the end of the track, he will clearly tell her that he had never slept with Sheetal.

Ok girls i have a confusion...
Arnav said he only ate jalebis with khushi...and he cant be that dumb to know what khushi was asking right...so does that mean arnav did not sleep with khushi and before khushi he was actually a virgin??
