See Arnav knows that Sheetal is single mom and he has seen how Aarav is so much like him. At least many people in RM including Khushi have voiced it openly.
But not even once Arnav has thought about that possibility. So it must be because he never slept with her. I am not saying that he was virgin when he met Khushi, but what I am saying is he would have never slept with her.
Let us assume that Sheetal's aim is to break Arhi. Then she would have really given some indications to Arnav if it was a possibility. She has seen how Khushi is so naive so if we assume that Sheetal is bad, then she is trapping Khushi, because it is the way out for her.
