Really?? I disagree with u. I was not shocked when he said about his girlfriends. I kind of expected it. And he is saying all dis 2 his wife whom he LOVES.

Having said that ( I don't really mind or care if Arnav has a past) But I don't believe this Sheetal, something seems shady about this girl, so in short I don't think this kid is Arnav's. The character's are exact replica's almost to exact, which means it is pre planned and executed to a T. Genetically some characteristics, features some pattern can be the same between family members, but habits and behavior is learned through observance and this kid didn't grow up with Arnav. 😃
