Unless someone provided Sheetal information about Arnav and Khushi it is impossible for her to find out about what is going on their life.

Maybe Arnav dressed in that particular way and ate toasts and juice back in college days also.But how is Sheetal so sure that Arnav also dresses like that now and his eating habits did not change.
If she is doing all this for creating suspicion in Khushi's mind then for sure someone has given her all information about Arshi's life.
Otherwise it will be bit too much.
