Ditto, both of these posts echo my sentiments. The Cvs have a chance to show a really mature track with a lot of drama that wont take away fom the love betweeen the two. They will most likely go down the safe route but it's still plausible. Nothing worn with pointing out the other side.

You ask what is the hue and cry about petitions. Once in a while a petition is okay, but picking every little thing, every little fault of the CVs, scrutinizing it before it's even played out, making your own theories, going against something that can be very good for the show..and making a petition every few weeks is very annoying. A lot of us come to the forum for entertainment and to engage in discussions about the episodes and what we like in them/dislike, we don't want to see petitions all over the first page. The track has potential..Everyone's just making a huge cry about Aarav "possibly" being ASR's kid when the track JUST STARTED! All we're asking is to give it time. If Aarav is ASR's kid, even though I still believe he isn't, then whatever man. No one is a saint in the world and I would accept it. ASR isn't perfect nor is Khushi. Simple as that. I see potential in the track both ways, if ASR is the father, and if he isn't! These petitions do cause CVs to alter and rush the tracks, and I feel a lot of people are actually liking the track atm, minus a minority. WE all know how the past was wrapped up so fast-_________- which was utter disappointment! SO please for the love of God, don't let these petitions about ASR being the dad, alter what could be such a good track for us and the main leads in the show :)
"Those seeking support for Arnav's causal sex and illegitimate child, I ask them would you bear the same for Khushi?"
^ Simple answer to that. I would bear the same for Khushi too, if she was in the given situation as ASR. Hell, this world is made up of imperfect people. NO ONE is perfect in this world no matter how you may imagine it. If Khushi had a flaw like that, I would accept it whole heartedly...people make mistakes in life and if Aarav is Arnav's son, then he made one too. That's what makes the characters realistic- the fact that they have flaws or made mistakes.
Rima, what I don't understand is... People may PM you to make petitions and what not. But why should you speak on their behalf as a spokesperson? If its really a democracy, shouldn't they make their own posts on their petitions? Why do you always have to go and do it? That doesn't make it a democracy really, makes it a dictatorship. The fact that you always mention that people are making you make a petition makes it feel like you're doing the rest of the world a favor. If people have a problem, buck up , make a post. No ones gonna bite the member. The creatives are going to do what they want to at the end of the day- they have the creative liberty...Fans, as an audience, should mention their likes/dislikes about the tracks in a discussion post, not turn to petitions at the very start of a track. Whats the point of this show when the audience refuses to see potential storylines to the story? Might as well end the show as there will be no story.
PS: Let me just mention before my comment gets taken in the wrong light, I'm not attacking you. I'm just answering your queries and giving my two cents :)

Rima jee,
Frankly I have no issues with this track right now if it is executed properly and CV's give us a proper intense track. My only problem is- Will CV's be able to handle something like this sensitive issue maturely and give justice to this track? They already made a mockery of Suicide , Forced/contract marriage/kidnapping track. Will they handle this issue maturely or will they screw up again? The only track which they did justice to was Lavanya's graceful exit and Payaash wedding track. Now what next?Frankly I don't know about this petition thing so I dont know what is going on.Plus I agree with the moral policing here.

Making any sort of petition even before the track unfolds on the basis of a spoiler which says two contradicting statements at one time, is coming in the way of the CV's work. They might end up doing what they initially planned it self but such extreme sort of reaction every time they try something different is only going to lead to negativity and frustration for them.
here i agreebut no one asked them to change the trackjust the facts about arnav's parenting of aarav
