I want Aarav to be Aakash's son. He also went to Harvard. May be Sheetal was Arnav's gf and they broke up one night. The same night Sheetal gets drunk with Aakash and sleeps with him and Aarav is the result. But because she wanted Arnav not Aakash, she brings up Aarav as Arnav's son. This will explain the diabetes and DNA match as Arnav and Aakash are first cousins.

I am okay with the track as long as they will not ruin ASR's character by showing arrav as ASR's son.
