Guys according to spoiler we know that Aarav is Really not Arnav's son.. but the Spoiler also said its not that they will not show it that way!!!
did u guys notice .. khushi lost in thots and comparing Aarav and Arnav? the background music was a serious one!!
so 2mr khushi learns that arnav and aarav's mom know each other in the past!!(just frnds btw)... also mabbe some hidden talks between them or incomplete conversations(which may not be anything actually.. but it will be shown in a suspicious manner to us) so khushi offcourse tries to read invisible lines between the lines and sows a seed in her mind...
we may get several episodes each time showing khushi's suspicion growing stronger ...
so it might just be khushi and her sanki thots that creates this confusion...
what say?
