Agree with your points on the cuteness of the Jalebi scene and birthday kiss ...but before that...Arnav simply asked her if she could nt have wished him atleast...he looked more hurt than angry at the time..and Khushis answer was surprising..she said she has changed so much for him...I didn't understand that in this context...where has she changed..didn't he ask her to be the same?? Was she angry he did not let her celebrate or tha he was questioning her for not wishing?

And she hadn't planned anything for his bday even after teaching him this lesson...but she had told the rest of the family not to wish him also...so essentially the bday did go without any celebration isn it...
Seems uncharacterisic of Khushi to keep him feeling sad the whole day and then when he did admit he wanted the attention she just walked away...

He did not tell her she could not wish him...or spend time wth him right...then why did she blame him and walk away...after all his day had been spoiled..
It was like if I can't celebrate my way then nothing...doesn't it??
For probably the first time I didn't understand why Khushi would d that...the later scenes were good though...jus felt some surprise from Khushi afte Arnav told her would have been good...

Maybe I won find too many who will agree with me here..but still my POV...

Yes, even I felt why she made him feel sad the whole day ? And when he said that I just want you to wish me she felt hurt and left. On his birthday he had to make jelabis to cajole her. If she could have stayed and they then had a private moment, it would have been good . I dont know... many of you seem to like it so ...

And I really feel like crying over the missing intimacy and ''''' passion ''''' that oozed out of the arshi characters before marriage.

Thanks for the post. The entire episode was so good and all I can find are posts about the new entries to the show.

So I am glad for your post. Arshi were adorable and the scenario was well written and enacted. Loved todays's episode.

agree wid u dear...the way the scene was directed,the way the scene wad written, the way the dialogues were written,the way SARUN brought out the scene ...everything was really "OUTSTANDINGLY AWESOME"...loved that part a lllooottt...!!!!!!!

He knows everything, she was talking to caterer for jalebis...he was expecting a suprise too

Celebrate her ways comes with a implied meaning you can do anything..it is a blank cheque...

He has to reason it out it cannot be one way road here...he never talks about it...

He didn't talk about it but he wasn't rude...and he asked her about the surprise,,,she said there was nothing planned and he believed her...that's the point right..he was disappointed that she didn't do anything so he didn't knw this was all a plan...

And he has been like this for years...is he expected t change suddenly for Khushi in this instance too and agree to any celebration? I mean even his sister couldn't get him to agree..she said if she did anything special he wldnt like it

She told him she nderstands he doesn't explain everything and doesn't want him to multiple times for things far grave than why he doesn't celebrate his birthday..if she wanted a reason then why didn't she ask the family or the man himself?? She has got him to open up to an extent that he may have told her..

I don't know..just seemed a bit sad that he ended up feeling bad the whole of his bday bcos her plan worked..then she got angry as well..guess alls well that ends well...that's why the Jalebi scene..

yes dear i agree today was awesome epi and cute arhi moment and sply arnav trying to cook jalebi and then kushi wishing himm were so adorable we were missing this cute moments of arhi after the wedding and as 4 the kid i find him so cute OMG a miniature of ASR 😆 i was giglling all the way WHAT THE?😲 he is so cute though how is that possible him acting and looking like ASR😕 whatever it is bring it on CVs arhi bond is unbreakable it will add masala.😛 love ur post dear tanx!

Exactly my point...on her birthday he celebrated the way he knew..got her a gift..cake ...she was angry ..he forced her to cut the cake...but he did put up lights etc..things he thought she would like once she said she didn't care for the expensive bag..even in the end she told him she didn't much like the celebration..and he got tha rose and wished her...although in sleep..

At that time we did say Arnav is wierd and he cant understand even this much..now why cant Khushi atleast wish him...he said he doesn't want a gift..bu she got him that anyway s why not wish him..what would he have done...

Somehow today felt he was made t feel too guilty and that too on is bday...and it was out of character for Khushi...

Her statement that she did nt go ahead with he celebrations so she has changed for him did not cut much ice because she was trying to make him feel sorry for saying that the whole day...it was obvious he wantedppl to wish him...he wanted sme thng special at lunch etc...after all that he had to apologise..

Not taking others opinion is considered rude by any standard...He said 3-4 times about the planning stuff even in the office he expected a 7 course meal why i wonder??

His sister is worthless if she could changed him she would have done it years ago..Anjali only know to cry and nothing else...he is not expected to change overnight but he is expected to give partner her space..

No one has a clue I suppose if there were any background story Anjali will be quick to tell it...more over he never listened in the first place..

This is how things work...he is married now, he has to compromise on things too...

I didn't feel bad whatsoever...It was quite fair...
