lovely comment. yes, even i thought i could change just a few things about my man 😆. in no uncertain terms i was told not to bother. i didn't and over time, what needs to change, has, to some extent. interestingly, i also will not let anyone change me. you can tell me what you don't like about me, bout you can't manipulate me. that's unethical in my view.

i do love asr for never asking khushi to be someone she's not. i love you the way you are.

this sentiment is to be treasured. and responded to in the same coin, if possible. maybe that's what we will see in the coming days. i keep hoping. both khushi and asr are such delightful people, i would want to see their relationship grow beautifully. i don' mind strife as long as the direction is right

i think sameway arnav too,thr always be a little boy in him who wants attention celebration...bt he never did tht neithr the family did...!!..we kn why he is like tht...evrytime anjili mentions Arnav was a naughty kid...!!
Today i was happy to see him wanting evryone to wish him coz thy mentioned he doesnt evn like someone to wish him.

ah so you wanted a party too, haanh😃. thanks for your comment. yes he did want something if we are to go by the precap. he wanted his wife to wish him and spend some time with him. i do wish though he didn't have to be hurt through the day to prove a point to him. it is his bday, awww. but i see what you mean about that little boy in him. i agree too. my feeling is he wants khushi only to know about that side, and smother him with love. he just loves it when she loves him.

by the way, i am forever seeing me in asr. sometimes in khushi too, especially that sanak, that's definitely in me.🤣

indeed a very good post.👍🏼... i have read ur post in crooners...previously if im not mistaken...😳

I personally think that CV is messing up with both Khushi n ASR chacracter...

U see potraying ASR character, he never wanted to celebrate his b'day, he may have a reason behind that, but wht is CV showing that just because they wanna show Khushi celebrating his b'day, they made ASR feeling like why no one wished HIM... N hoping that someone would... I seriously dun get it...

I blame the writer for creatiing such a character n distroying in in another moment...

Rabba ve, passion, & everything has gone 4 holiday after marriage 😆

I use to think why no b'day celebration 4 asr, now im thinking why they wanna celebrate 😆

All I can say is ...we know he needs to change and he indeed changed for his love.. but if everything changes then definitely there will be NO ASR anymore. ASR ka wajood hi gayab hojaayega ya hogayi...

He did whatever he could to make her happy and told her "You need not change for me" and can we expect same from Khushi??

I believe we will be ever be able to see this side of Khushi...though she does everything to make ASR happy...but at cost of what??asking and probing person to change just because she wants him to be happy like her and live life jst like as her. I am not sure di...yesterday while watching episode..I remembered Khushi's dialogue saying that all she needed was heart felt wishes from him and today what she did..he was also expecting heart felt wishes from his wife and family and no celebrations. That's ok...I am also like ASR I don't like celebration but yeah I expect wishes..that's it...small gesture..

I am hurt Di today and I know though most of the people will not agree with us..that's ok but all I needed was ASR stay ASR and Khushi stay Khushi and still they can show their beautiful relationship...those small gestures between them even though they are poles apart...having arguments at the same time caring for each other is what missing...shaayad hum kuch jyaada maang rahe hain..sigh!!

thanks for reading and liking. yes, the writing is not being very true to the characters, is it? astute that point: why should he feel bad about people not wishing him, we heard how he dislikes being wished. gap in the writing. thanks for pointing that out. 😊

I only talk about ASR becoz I have a real life 1..whose parents died on his bday and he does not like to celebrate it too..
But as a wife and family we make it cozy and special sometimes just 2 of us...and he loves it and to make is change by denying him to be wished along with stupid family of his😕

So ya i hate this changed ASR ..I mean look at the movie fiasco...he looked stupid and the office fiasco tooo ..I love the agressive and strong ASR... I mean where is his personality and I feel that is where the charm of IPK has gone as he is not even strong enough to spend or go for a movie alone with his wife...

i was delighted when khushi submitted to her love a day before the remarriage. attagirl. that showed growth of character not loss of it.

beautiful what you say about your experience. the writing of ipk had a certain grace in it, a feeling of the real, not perfect world, and an empathy with it. maybe soon again? hoping the charm returns.

I love the way u write I usually dont share my real life with any1 but ...u had that honesty and maturity which is why I shared this and my hubby has a sister like anjali 14 years his elder their relationship is the same as ASR and Anjali...I reatae to them also but the cvs got lost as the viewers bullied them to change the story. as per their liking...and alas they forgot the essence of IPK what the conceived and now what the viewers are conceiving!!!!! They are really lost trying to move the story around viewers with different analysis

Now coming to bday part... I believe that is personal choice of individual..I respect his belief here..thus seeing him just wanting a wish from his wife bothered me too...I am not complaining about khushi...I am just complainin on screenplay here... where ASR is viewed with those attributes as being flawed...if those are flaws then I see those flaws around in people who are close to me..and I accepted them with those flaws.. and in black bold 👏 👏 👏 you reminded me again of so many things. this is a beautiful character, not because he is one dimensional, perfectly fathomable, or even completely likable. you have to love him or hate him. no half measures here. us leo girls have made our choice. even when we quibble over issues.

i have great love for khushi too and hate it when she's even slightly messed with. after that february wedding, i thrilled to khushi's words, her deep fiery feelings, and her rage. he was wrong, but i knew why he was blinded and never asked her anything. he was too scared that what he saw might indeed be true and to hear it from her lips. no. beautiful what you say about feeling better when you realised he had his garden, his mother's thoughts to go to when he needed something outside our concrete space as we often do. no god, but a pure, touched by divine memory sanctuary.

ok, why it feels fine to me that he wants a wish and some attention from khushi. someone else pointed out here who identifies with him, that she senses a little boy in him, i do too. there is that side to him. that wants a bit of fuss around him. but he doesn't want it from the whole wide world. just and only his khushi. she touches him in a way no one else does. not even his di. he wants her to guess what he wants. to understand him in the way only a lover understands. and he wants to just be with her on his birthday. asr for the first time in his life has wanted something for himself. khushi. he does want a different nuanced understanding from her. he reveals his fragile side only to her, his need for her love is so clear. but he is not claustrophobic in his demands, just these little really imp things. call me arnav. sit next to me and hold my hand. wish me on my birthday and spend a little time with me. our intimate, special place. jee nahin paaoonga tumhare bina i may not be too clear, but you do understand, don't you?
