hi flora,

i guess, as you indicate, balance is what we're missing here. i don't need only romance, but there are some key things that are really cute and telling in the early days of being husband and wife, would be good to see them.

loved the fight, and the result of it. let's see what comes next. thanks so much for your comment.

thanks so much for your lovely comment. agree all the way. i wish star plus would understand that not every viewer is exactly at the same place in thinking or mindset. they offer several shows and different things in the serials appeal to its audience. the ipk audience is most likely made up of women (mainly women i presume) who have figured out that to want something for ones own self is not being "selfish." you can be generous, kind, loving toward others, know how to delay gratifications, love your and your partner's family deeply, and do the right thing even while acknowledging your own desires.

in fact, till you do that, according to me you can never really grow or become actually responsible or empathetic. if you can't love yourself, how will you love others.

no matter, still hoping, the talent of ipk's writers will overcome all in the end. much like khushi arnav's love.😆

I do feel the usp of the show along with the jodi is the mature writing. This show caters to a different section of the audience and the makers and SP should understand that. I believe that the loyal audience base is also important along with TRPs. Hope our show doesn't fall prey to the TRP rat race and reduce these brilliantly etched characters to a vahu and a dikra🥱

I have my hopes pinned on the upcoming birthday and the "first fight after marriage" rumors doing the rounds. I tell you our ArHi are so good when they fight innocently, oblivious to the world.😆 i so want a ruthna-manana track before anything else They can also use this as a build up to many more things😉 Hope they dont rush with the scenes.

Even I'm waiting for that day. We r past "Baat aapki hai isiliye farq padta hai" and "Hum bhi aapse I love you dammit!" Now I want something like "Jab aap office me hote hain hume akelapan mehsus hota hai" and "Hum aapke saath waqt bitana chahte hain" Khushi tells the security guard at the theatre "Aapko pata hai aaj inhone office se chhuti li hai? Arnav Singh Raizada k liye yeh bahut badi baat hai!" But does she realize it?The change in Khushi can only come about if she wants it. Like yesterday,she wanted to wear westernized clothes,hence she wore them.. So she needs to think about her wants n her needs as a wife & also his needs as a husband. Sablog ek hi rang k kapde pehenkar birthday me aayenge toh us se Arnav(ji) khush nahi honge! She needs to think & think hard ki exactly kya karne se,kaise birthday manaane se Arnavji khushi honge!I'm so glad she got English movie tickets for him & called him Arnav yesterday! I so wish humein ek jhalak dikhayi hoti,atleast dono k theatre se baahar aane ki.. cvs r doing serious ramanchi nowadays. Pehle toh night scenes dikhane band kar diye aur ab yeh!

don't understand tracks, trp game, many technicalities, just know what feels right and draws me in. and what doesn't. too much happening on screen these days. a loss of subtlety. though every episode a few stunning and stirring moments from khushi and arnav. the rest of it doesn't somehow feel ipk.

there was june 2011 up to feb 2011. here's hoping.

At bold, that takes me back to the temple scene was it teej? When we saw a tinge of jealousy in khushi when she saw ASR and lavanya together. I miss that ipk... I can see what they are trying to do here but the writitng has been a big let down...a loss of subtlety it is. Still watch, ff, skip scenes., and pretend some of the absurdness does not exist...and in between there are moments that do draw you in...but it's all fleeting...miss if you blink kind of stuff. I guess they set the bar high early on, and it's getting harder to maintain that... I really hope, it's not the case of loss of interest as some people point out, the ph have their hands full with their new baby, and a new ASR in the making. But this tale is incomplete, there is much more they can show...

You know, they were getting there ...khushi longing to be with him...and then something inexplicable happens...likes ETs taking off with the script!! Maybe...that had all the good stuff...and we are left with something so unexpected, and bizzare.

For me yesterday's episode showed the growth of their bond.

The moment Khushi realized that aranv wanted to spend time with her...she was ready to go for an eng movie,to wear western outfits...it shows how much she can change for him...thats love...

Arnav though he was upset due to the happenings in the office,when he realized that she did all these antics to pacify him...he melted ...appreciated the care and love that she has for him...
Such a lovely couple...
She's weird nd he loves her for all her weirdness'!!!!

Hope they will return will the charm next week...!

in bold red, you are so right. actually, there are beautiful bits every day. it's just that the rest of it feels kind of un-ipk. also, her not understanding he wants something as simple as being just with her, was a bit how shall i put it, unnatural? especially after all that has happened. no matter, if she gets that point and also feels she wants to be just with him, it would be a lovely thing i feel.

Agree! They lost the balance after the wedding! Khushi acting silly and naive to her husband's feelings... then not understanding what he wants. Arshi not spending time with each other the way normal couples do! There was no reception after wedding of Arshi either! 😲
ASR going to office... 😕 I feel that something is missing for the last 2 days...!

I dont understand why this constant ramanchi with the nights and mornings🤔

After the shyam exposure they could have given us a night scene showing ArHi comforting each other for they have won a battle against all odds and have been together through it all-like the one we got after anjali's miscarriage! Instead they directly shift to the next morning and a movie outing follows. That is where the balance is missed. I wonder what is the rush for

lovely lovely to see you. as usual, you put it so well. i so miss the girl boy feel. funnily, there's still a lot of it in asr (and sometimes in khushi too). love that you don't understand me thing. and that trying to hold her hand. there are deadly bits but yes getting more and more fleeting. have you noticed the raising of drama and action? not v ipk. now where are these et's from. i come from another planet, maybe i can go and find them?😆

the comedy is suddenly spiked, no idea why. sometimes it is lovely as when khushi got asr to agree to sallu movie, but i remember the ha ha when they were planning shyam's downfall felt odd. i guess constant trp requirements and things gets in the way of things, writing a serial is a most challenging thing, but i do feel there's a place for comedy and a place for other things, as in life. thanks for reading and your comment.
