If I were BS, I would have quit for the pathetic tracks and execution in the show in the last 6 months of the show, if not for anything else. No lead actor should allow himself to be reduced to only an eye candy onscreen to gratify fangirls, while his character and role takes a backseat. The makers lost vision of the story long time back and they were able to stay afloat for so long only because of the fan base of ArHi, milking their popularity unabashedly and now trying to make BS a scapegoat for their failure to pull through any longer. Jab story hi nahin hain then why should BS waste his time in the show.

And all this hoopla about how can BS quit the show, which made him what he is today. I think such statements are extremely biased - just because you get a good role does not mean you become a slave of the PH. If they gave him a good role, BS made the character his own. So, if the PH had a vision, BS brought ASR alive on screen, and I personally think BS' contribution is more because people see him as ASR without reading the script on which the character has been penned. So, the PH should be more grateful to BS instead of the other way round.

thats my first point riti, y should he give any statement in the first place...its not his responsibilty - he is on the payroll of the PH or channel...so any decision or clarification - it should come from them - in all corporates, companies a PR is appointed for the same reason - to communicate any decisions/news to the consumers/audience...

ex In a cricket team, press conferences areheld after the match - where the captain comes and gives the statement - not all the team members - so here in a Telly show the PH is the captain - so they should be the one to do that - ridiculous ppl cant understand simple basics here !!!

No promos for months..deteriorating storyline...From february to July...What was there in IPK to keep him glued to the serial??

There's more to stardom than a few stalking fans and numerous fan mails and gifts on B'day..He is an actor first...And like we all realized that the characters were slowly asphyxiated...He is not a fool not to get that simple fact...
