An open Criticism
Mostly a silent stalker, I am dead against Redux closing. Tants and Doods were someone we always looked upon. Even being past 40 years of age, I had a great respect for younger ones who appreciated the goodness in life and had perfect outlook on morals and values.
I have seen Tants saying numerous times that Redux is a place of all the writers. So, my point is, as per your words, 'You cannot shut it down'. Then there arises the situation that there is no difference between us and cv's. Even if you don't want to write, give space to all the writers. The platform should be open.
Being reading you for long, I know the reason. You are utterly disappointed in the way they are bringing the end and you don't want to discourage the viewers b'cos of your loyalty to the show, right?
My dear Tants, everything good or bad has an end. But I strongly feel that Redux should be open till the end of the show. You have taken it too much personally, I think. There will be up's and down's, but let it continue.
Once in a while we can expect some pearls from you and Doods.
The Redux was not just a place to read about IPK. It was also where everyone got together, had happy moments, shared sadness, vent frustration, loved the characters, got into their hides, criticized, bashed and what not. It made us stronger, changed our outlook towards life, brought the best in us.
I even saved so many of your writings for future, for my daughter who is now just 11 years old. I have also told her that she can watch IPK when she is 17. (I don't want children to get messages at a time of their life when they cannot differentiate between what is good and what is bad). But I want her to find her partner when it is the right time. I feel that IPK will make her realize how important it is to find the right one.
To all the other writers………….
Even if I highlighted Tants & Doods, this doesn't mean that I am not appreciating all the other writers in the forum, especially Redux.
I love you all especially Sonshine for her – 'This day last year'.
