I think Shyam has forbidden the doctor to say so...or Anjali was brain-washed by Shyam that if at that time other than the miscarriage...anything she says will add more trouble and so on...

hopefully from the video arshi will come to know every bit of everything and most probably they will come to know how shyam came home and had tea with Anjali...their meets at RM and also...his nearness to anjali at godhbharai...

the cameras were everywhere...remember????
