Arnav fell in love with her the moment Khushi fell in his arms in SheeshMahal.
Khushi fell in love after the guest house incident.Remeber the day after that incident when Khushi went to RM and said,"Bhad Mein Jaye Aap Aur Apki Contract.?"After quitting her job she was saying to herself,"I should be happy but why I am feeling so restless."
Both were in denial mode.But Khushi realized it first during Deewali kiss.

According to me its hands down Arnav who first fall for Khushi... In my opinion from his side arttraction from his side fromthe moment she fall in his arms in lucknow... He accepted his feelings whn he confessed to La he doesnt love her...

I think Arnav...he was attracted when he saw Khushi for the first time fell in his arms..he fell in love seeing her in red saree n after the guest house scene he himself was sure that he is madly in love with her...in Khushi's case she fell in love after the rain hug..I tell u why...she felt warmth from Arnav..n when she resigned from AR..the next morning she was upset that she's not going to AR n not seeing her Laad Governor..she was speaking to herself "Khushi tujhe to khush hona chahiye naa k tujhe uss laad governor ki shakaal nahin dekhni padegi" she was confused why she's not happy with her decision to move back Lucknow again...one thing is that Khushi realized her love much later whereas ASR realized it right from the beginning...its very obvious as Khushi is too naive but she had doubts on her feeling when her heart started its dhak dhak n she started seeing ASR in every place n La was making her jealous right since Teej
