Personally, I dont want him to marry her for any of the above reasons. His love for Khushi should be the only reason this time. They have grown in this relationship together and that should be maintained irrespective of these issues.

Arnav may take steps cautiously this time. He has already been shown taking drastic steps when in anger and the repercussions of it have been very painful for him and others in the past. Of late he is mellowed down and reasonable with everyone except Dadi & Shyam.

He may not blurt out everything upfront although he will be taken aback immediately after Dadi breaks the news. He may take some time to come back to the present day and give Garima, specially bcoz of Khushi and whatever little he has known of her, a chance.

At the same time, Arnav may not be his normal self with Khushi. And thats how Khushi may sense something amiss and start probing.

But wedding for revenge is "SQUARE ONE" and TRP's will tell them to close this ASAP

That in itself is a scenario where his hate will take a backseat...if he hates her then why bother go looking...

So, I'm guessing they have a talk, he tells her about Garima - if Garima has not already done so when he is late, they get married and she moves back to GH till the issue is sorted...

I think separation is on whether marriage happens or not.
Most probably for 2-3 weeks of episodes
Anjali will be the bridge between them as she found the engagement ring which Arnav lost
