Chapter Two

Khushi was waiting for him..Her love..impatiently..Why wasnt he coming.He promised her that he wont be late..At least not today.After some moments , A car , decorated with flowers,stopped infrnt of the mandap(Auditorium).Khushi's face lit up all of a sudden as she ran towards the car wanting to scold him for making her wait.Dadi stepped out of the car, Khushi looked waiting for arnav to follow Dadi but he wasnt there.Her face was filled with confusion.H didint come why??

Dadi stepped out of the car and accused her amma a lot.She protested but garima also accepted that it was a truth.Khushi's mind was filled with fear..What of he wont come??..What would she do then??No..Please i cant bear this again..

No he would come.She repeatd determinedly.She sat in front of the phera..Waited for a long time..She didint care what he or his family told it was trust and sh was sure he would never break her trust.But alas!..Even the burning sacred fire became ashes now.

She walked ..but heard the pleas of her amma..She turned:Amma!

But before she could finish someone caught her shawl.She turned : Arnavji!!!

But his reply shocked her..He told her that he hates her,..That she always gave him pain and sadness.

She was feeling numb..A numbness as if blood was drained out of her , As if her heart was cruely plucked out.But slowly what he said registered her brain.She , without replying, Turned and started to walk without any destination.

She was walking aimlessly on the road.She didint notice a wooden log that was in front of her..Her leg hit the log unexpectedly and she fall down . Unfortunately her head hitting a large rock.

Arnav Singh Raizada..Never had gone through an impasse..But today he did..He was for the first time in a dilemma.He told those things to her to make her distant from himself...But in the process of hurting her, He was hurting himself.His heart was filled with guilt and regret.Regret for saying those mercilless words to her and he felt guilty for what he did to her on the night of Batchelor Party and now dumping her on the very same day for which they both were waiting.

Aman Mathur was driving back from AR.Even though it was Asr's wedding and obviously he was invited..He couldnt leave the meeting like that..The deal was a success..While driving something caught his attention.Something colourful .He got out from the car and checked ..It was a girl..OMG..He slowly turned her such that he could see her face.My god..It was Khushi Bhabhi in her wedding lehenga..Tonight when it should have been sinddor on her maang,Her face was covered with Blood!!!

Arnav was deeply engrossed in his thoughts when his mobile rang.He looked at the caller ID.It was Aman..He answered the phone.

Aman : ASR..its aman..Woh...is everything ok??..I mean it was your wedding..and while i was drivng back from office i found khushi bhabhi lying on the road...I dont know what happened to her.I am in medical mission hospital.Please do come...Doctors ne kaha ki ..its kaafi serious.

Arnav felt ike he was stabbed with the very same knife that he used to stab others.Now he felt the pain ...He took his car keys and drove to MM Hospital.

After almost 2 hours of waiting the doctors came out.He didint inform the Raizadas and Guptas.

Doctor..: Wound is deep enough..But anyways she is perfectly fine now.Bas...Dont give much strain to her head..Thats it.

Arnav thanked the doctor and got inside.He didint want to but couldnt stop himself from going there.

Khushi opened her eyes.

Where was she..??..She tried to look and Arnav before her..She felt relief dawn over her.She sat as he came closer and when he was close to her bed she hugged him tightly..

Arnav was beyond shocked..What the??..Whatever it was he never expected her to hug him like this.What was happening??
