This is the first gutter land which doesn't have round covering. There will be normally a question in GK , Gen Sc books
Q: Why are the manhole covers are always round in shape ?
A: This way, it will never fall in the gutter-land. Any other shape (rectangular for instance-) can fall down at some angle ...

In IPK land we can fall in gutter-land even with clean & innocent scenes ...
