Dadi ruined her enough that she had to marry a widower with a daughter...implying she did not get good proposals...thanks to the stigma created by dadi...

Why Garima stayed quiet is the issue??? Did she need the money then??? Was she protecting Shyam's sister...do they also have a connection???

My Answer

Maybe she was scared for the safety of Kushi's Father. Chachji must have played a game of Blackmailing her here. If she knew Shyam's Sister she would have recognized Shyam right. Why will she take a stigma of somebody like Shyam's Sister and put her life and Kushi's life in jeopardy ?

A Plausible scenario , Anu ,,,,

We have to see whether she is accused of being the other woman or there is gap in understanding ...n if she took on the allegation's..then Khushi would have had a role to play..
