Tell me, why should there always be some interruptor whenever ArHi are in the middle of some romantic act ?

Not like these guys are going to go beyond a peck or a hug... By now the Cvs should know that the viewers already know about ArHi's limited hormones 😆. If they really want to show Khushi as some adarsh beti/bahu, they can use these situations also (instead of anjali-payal scenes only).

And they can also show how much Arnav respects Khushi's feelings in such matter and what a thorough gentleman he is in such things too.
