Hate to break the bubble - but Khushi thinks Shyam is a "CHANGED" man! Even if she will say anything - it will be one last chance for he has also lost his baby and di needs him for her happiness 😆 😆 She has her reasons to not call Shyam a shaitaan still and Arnav keeps on daggling with the Shaitaan tag - like always - I wonder why 😆

It's not evolution when the characters across the board get dumber and repeat the mistakes of the past over and over again. It's called devolution.

And you'd be surprised what watching the serial from June 6th 2011 and not missing a single minute up until the past week can do for picking up character inconsistencies within 7 minutes. 😉

I've watched every minute too - caught up over the last two months (and burned a huge hole in my broadband bills)..but I feel you're being too harsh or too nostalgic for a perfect storyline (which didn't happen btw) - can't decide which.

Above all, this is a Hindi soap. There have been inconsistencies and illogical events from the get go. I don't need to list them here. The kidnapping track was the most stupid of all, and the way it ended - the grand drama where there no iota of proof against Shyam.

I actually feel the characters of ASR and Khushi have matured. But they especially played true to
(old) type from Monday's epi - she's being the impulsive innocent and he's the hotheaded young man out to protect his Di.

It's only going to get more intense and juicier from now on! Give it a chance..

I would have agreed with you that the characters were maturing up to after the kidnap where we had beautiful conversations in silence. And directly after that - around Kh's birthday they started to lose it. They almost got it back after Dadi's entry but then the focus shifted to Shyam. There is not a single person on this forum who has been here since June 2011 who didn't know that ASR would be caught between Di and Kh, the execution of how it was done is what is at issue. There have been HUGE inconsistencies but the focus has been on building a mature relationship. They have lost the soul of the show. It's not something I can explain. It's something that I feel, or actually don't feel anymore when I watch. As others have said, the passion is no longer there.

Ain't gonna happen, sister...

The way H soaps work, things will pile up on Khushi again. The needle of suspicion will point against her especially becos she got Shyam back. Even Arnav will doubt her. There will be a grand drama again of Shyam vs. Khushi, but this time Khushi (with NK/Mami/someone else) will be smart enough to get proof and open everyone's eyes. Arnav will open his arms wide for Khushi. (She'll probably get injured and be at death's door in the process - they will make sure Arnav begs Devi Maiyya for her life before this serial is done).

And then, happily ever after!

Haven't we learned that all H soaps are meant to make the female lead suffer and then become a glorious goddess in the last epi??

That's the whole problem - set the right expectations and you'll not be unhappy😛

[No offense meant. Just my 2 paise of opinion]

And see you've hit the nail on the head - this is all typical predictable regressive SP and this show was built on being the anti SP and stayed that way for a long long time until DKS came to town and burned it all down. (oh dear, that shouldn't rhyme) That's why the magic is gone. You've watched it over a short time span, so perhaps the way you saw and experienced the story unfold is not the same as those who spent the last watching it do so in a very UN SP way.

amazing post!
I haven' t seen any of the episodes for the past 3 weeks now. I NEVER ever used to miss one single episode but I just don't want to watch it anymore. I don't care about it b/c the story is just so stupid that I don't even know what to say. They ruined a perfectly good show. My cousin and I were addicted to it and now neither of us are watching it. Oh well! It was good while it lasted 😊
