What about the blood at RM?

So what happened to all the blood from Anji's foot that was on the floor of the upstairs. Didn't anyone notice that? As well as the glass on the carpet in Anji's room. When Arnav and Khushi took her to the room, was the glass cleared? What about the cut wire on the top of the stairs? Did anyone notice that? Lots of loose ends it seems.
