marriage? what marriage are you talking about? as fer i remember there was not a marriage happening.. i wont call the first one a forced marriage.. i will call this a forced which is not a marriage but a pain in the head. i simply couldnt enjoy whatever they gave. during Shagun i was tensed that will Dadi stop it because of seeing or not seeing Garima. ..during Roka i was worried again.. well i didnt get time much 🤔 it looked like it came and went.. and during the Mehendi which was by the way a Godh Bharai i simply got nothing..dont tell me the tiny RabbaVe's were Mehendi cause i didnt sing up for lots of drama and tiny winy RabbaVe ..i signed up for a story about those two who do RabbaVe.
i really wanted a grand wedding.. it should have been the best wedding of the century.. SP's favorite jodi and international jodi was getting married! a marriage that will be in people's heart even after the show ends. but i have no words to say what it turned out to be.
i feel for Anjali.. i really do.. but did i started watching because i feel her pain? no.. i signed up to watch a star crossed love story presenting the love hate relation between two individuals Arnav Sing Raizada and Khushi Kumari Gupta.
till the time they got married i was with the characters.. i used to love every character and believe it or not i love Anjali more than i loved Khushi.. yes i did. cause for me she was loving caring and sweet sister who used to understand her brother. despite of being soft she was strong enough. her strong nature was shown during Lavanya track..i had a respect for this character.after feb i really dont know what went wrong.. is it writers fault or not i cant comment on that but it was like .. the whole thing got a new meaning..and the new meaning was nothing. i could see nothing. even Arnav and Khushi these two characters lost the charm. i have got only disappointment from this show since past feb.. i dont watch Indian dramas much and trust me IPKKND was the last one for me.. 😊 i really had an amazing year with the incredible chemistry between Barun and Sanaya. .. this show couldnt do justice to these actors! i really wish that some nice PH will understand the worth and star something new and amazing with these two as the LEADS! 😳

today what IPKKND is.. is only made by Barun and Sanaya and i feel like crying seeing the old episodes! well learnt my lesson..wont be attached with any who from now on! 😆

Looks like CVs are also hell-bent on killing their 'baby' like Shyam! I don't know why but it feels like all my emotions for the show has been drained and I'm left empty...I'm not even feeling angry or sad!

So yeah...not going to write a very long post but I agree with each and every person on this thread who supports your views... 😊

Me too..Cvs should postpone the marriage to until Anjali has recovered emotionally..Arnav will also need time to cope with this loss abd so will The rest of the family...

I agree with separation as great minds think alike😉😆, atleast then focus will be Arhi and Arnav longing for Khushi. Marriage which is most awaited track has turned into a mockery lately. We always think alike😃 dear.
BTW, just have been to FB fanpages, people over there are pissed to the same extent as us. They too want TRPs to hit all time low. They are equally pissed off about Anjali and DB and screen space, marriage being side tracked

I haven't been to FB but I can imagine. The episode failed with true fans of the show and I believe it will fail with the general audience who watches this show...they really underestimated the sensibilities of their audience. If you see this forum itself, 99% of the threads are negative...HATE, PATHETIC, DISGUSTED...these are just some of the ones I came across right after the episode aired and they aired their frustrations with so much anger, you could just feel it. Nobody with a brain, who watches this show, could possibly enjoy the current track I just know the ratings will be really bad next week. Why they insist on ruining the show like is my question. Speaking of ruining the show...don't get me started on Daljeet madam here, that's for our PMs 😉

I just wanted separation

separation separation after Kidnap.

a big filmy kind of scene where Khushi angrily puts away her sindoor, mangalsutra with a high level emotional scene and puts her step outside raizada house, a close up shot of her feet moving outside RM.

I feel like laughing, how can the makers continue with such a poor storyline since 4 months running. Dont they feel ashamed of themselves.

In hindsight, though, the immediacy with which they initiated this remarriage was fishy; it just didn't sit well with me how quickly everything was happening. Today's episode was just so unnecessary; quite frankly, it was overkill. 😆 True, but I genuinely mean it...love the way you express your views wonderfully, just as you did above! We have all been complaining about how rushed this all felt so you are bang on there. Unnecessary is the exact word I used to describe the episode in Vibha's thread. Overkill is an even better term to describe it!

The honest truth is that I fast forwarded through the dance sequence as I couldn't stomach the Anjali scenes in between. Is this really the way the CVs want their fans to watch their show, uncomfortable, cringing and skipping through the episodes? I wish they would give a little respect to our sensibilities. Which sane person would enjoy a dance sequence while a pregnant woman is shown to be writhing in pain in an unnecessarily gruesome and dragged out scene. It felt odd to even watch the lead pair dancing at that moment...way to ruin a scene that under normal circumstances we would be raving about. And the last bit in bold, AMEN to that!

EXACTLY what I wanted. Word for word...you and I have talked about this before...the show had 3.4 TRPs the week they reunited after the kidnap. If the writers took that momentum, and went in the right direction (i.e. separation, proper wooing, reuniting, remarriage) and then began all this Anjali/Dadi drama, I truly believe the show's TRPs would have been at 4.0 or 5.0 right now. Instead they gave us Didi Ki Saut, wooing in ASR style, and Dadi drama that has led to the TRPs being stuck at 2.5-2.7 for a month now. They truly should be ashamed of ruining a show with so much potential.

Aini, I left the forum for a few hours after the show as I was disgusted and not inspired to write about the show anymore just like you. The only reason I'm still talking about it is because it helps venting it out with everyone in the forum who feels the same way.
