That is Script deviated and they were in doldrums on how to take Shyam ahead...mistakes were done and they got him back on track during marriage...

Sometimes the placement of babies can effect that. I know this person who had a son and then few seconds later the doctor was yelling about the other head! turns out that one baby was covering the other!
