Two Things

First one.

Lip-locks, sexual innuendos, provocative (un)dressing - are all very common in Telly-vision these days. Basically sex sells. That's a crude way of putting it, but it's true. Ten years ago I don't think the male and female lead would have gone 10 feet within each other but certainly things have 'evolved' now.

IPK is definitely a very tame show compared to others but yet people find it is a little awkward to watch it in company. This is because there is definitely a social stigma attached to public displays of affections.

Which brings me to BS and SI who have spoken out loud about their unwillingness to perform such scenes. This by no means makes them better 'people' or 'actors'. But just people with different ideologies. But you can disagree.

So,

Do you think this makes them more 'ideal' as youth icons?

or

Do you think this makes them unprofessional?

Second one

Writing sex along with fiction to showcase the feeling of two lovers is touching to read (RCs POV-provided it has a certain level of diction.) Nor is it wrong to talk about it.

But some of the content on this forum is very well uncouth to say the least. I am my no means moral policing but merely curious to know what are your thoughts on that matter.

So,

Do you think its almost like po*n?

or

Do you think each to his own?

Standard Disclaimer- This post is not for people who use the word consummation. Just no.

First fab post.

Things do get a little over the top around here but I reckon there is no clear moral scale. After all it's a free world and a well I wouldn't say free forum but it is a place with ppl from many diff ages and countries. So yes each to his own.

As for the kissing / not doing a particular scene well I think that's because of the influence of the channel and social stigma as you mentioned. But Mr Sobti is now doing movies and it will definitely be hard for him to say NO to any scene. It's better not to make comments on moral standpoints actually.

well according to me, about your first question i guess they both are actors and they should be able to perform everything whatever their role demands. but of course at the end of the day they both are also human beings and they too have their own ideologies and reservations, so i think that's ok if they are uncomfortable with such scenes and we all respect their decisions too.

i love reading a lot of arshi FFs,OS &SS on this forum[even guttery], but i agree, there should be some way to prevent kids[under16] from reading it whereby they cant access such stuff, because IT IS inappropriate for them and as older people[ i eman older than them😉] we have a moral responsibility to such kids/teens who are on this forum because they love the show just as much as us.
