Please bring the old IPK back!!!(EDITED) - Page 5

So its a request to the PH,the makers of IPK to recreate the old magic...Because if TRPs continue to drop then the channel will be left with no option other than axing the show...

I was referring to shows in general when I made the statement about the independent bahus. We know that saas bahu shows are what Indian housewives prefer to watch.

The PH is trying to balance the show with romance, spice and drama because it is catering for different segments and ages. At the same time it is trying to increase TRPs. It will take time to increase.

Really yaar plzzz bring lalit mohan back . I want ipkknd's old magic back i loved sarun n ipkknd very much.

We all know why the kidnapping track was included - so there is no use in questioning that.

2.If ASR did not know that Shyam was the one who kidnapped him,why did he suddenly say "I love you" to Khushi over the phone??😲
Just after getting kidnapped,he started to believe in Khushi's innocence all of a sudden...😕
He did not realize that Khushi was innocent after getting kidnapped - he realized that in the airport that is why he turned around to go back. However, due to not being able to see Khushi for so long - his feelings came out.

3.Nobody cared about how and why Arnav got kidnapped...Was throwing Shyam out of the house the only solution for such a critical issue?? 😕
I agree - not a single member of the house cared about Arnav, they were busy with that idiotic lady (poojali). Regarding Shyam - I don't want to comment.

4.The Guptas still don't know about Arnav's kidnapping...Neither do they know about Shyam's truth being exposed nor the fact that he was thrown out of RM...😲
I know - the Gupta's know nothing. Buaji didn't even question anyone about Shyam's whereabouts - that was a bit odd.

5.Did the makers forget that Shyam is responsible for Babuji's present condition???
6.Did the makers forget that Shyam tried to kill Anjali thrice???
Looks like the CVs are suffering from Amnesia. Also, if they remember these 2 aspects then how will they reveal it because in Babuji's case - only Shyam and Babuji know. If Babuji tells the truth - then Dadi and that lady will think he is trying to save Khushi. Regarding his attempts for killing Anjali - no one knows. Unless, Shyam decides to accept it himself.

7.I have always felt that Anjali's character is quite complex,behind that sweet,innocent & caring nature...But now,the complexity of this character is making me feel disgusted...😡 🤢
To be honest, I never ever thought Anjali was sweet - I always took it as an over-reaction and somewhere I knew that one day she will betray her brother. I HATED her and still HATE her.

8.Although I'm enjoying ArHi's track post kidnapping track,Khushi playing hard to get when Arnav was acting all lovey-dovey with her or a redemption track would have been preferable...
I am enjoying this track - I don't want a typical redemption track because that won't compliment ASR's character. Although, the CVs did show his redemption - in a different style.

9.I can understand Dadiji wanting to meet Garima...But why is she always insulting Khushi,whenever she gets a chance??Its evident she is not happy with ArHi's remarriage...😡
Well, yes she only wants to see her Damadji and Anjali bitiya happy. She is re-uniting those two serpents and on the other side she is separating 2 doves.

10.Will the Guptas & Raizadas ever come to know under what circumstances ArHi got married??
I really don't care about that because if they come across this - who knows what fuss they will create again. However, I think Nani knows this - Arnav did tell her.

11.Hats off to Sanaya Irani for her professionalism...Wearing the most 🤢 outfits,without any complaint or demand...(Proud to be her fan ⭐️)
I would like to say Hats Off to both Barun and Sanaya for repeating the same outfits without complaints - I am proud to be their fan (mainly Barun's). However, look at Daljeet - she created a fuss over her role. I am glad I don't like her or her character. [Not bashing her].

they used to focus on the support cast also last year but was done in a very interesting way You wanted to know a bit about them also

I used to find Akash Payal tracks soothing and the BG for that track so beautful they seemed to have a nice chemistry then

Anjali shyam dynamics were really good and ironically the romance quotient between the leads was not so high but yet you waited with bated breath and quickening of the pulse for their moments together

A sensual story was being told at a beautiful pace today there is no emotional connection and certainly no riveting drama and that is why the general viewers are not that interested

not one single plot has had closure and they just seem to drift from scene to scene episode to episode week to week depending on what the brain behind the serial thinks

Agree with every word Fairy. Everything was in place then. Now it is discarded here and there and nobody wants to put the pieces back together.

The old episodes had a definite pace not a single loophole with no unnecessary tracks around. Each character was given their much needed prominence and it all made sense. Right now apart from the wedding happening and Arhi finally becoming the couple nothing makes sense.

Yup.. it was necessary.. Barun was away shooting for his movie.. as it is, a kidnapping track was always there, whether Arnav's or Khushi's was undecided (i read this somewhere.. may/may not have been correct)..but Barun's movie eased their decision :)

hmmm.. good point.. but when he said ILU, i thought that he said coz he feared that he was going to be killed so he wanted Khushi to know of his feelings.. we all know that he was always in love with Khushi.. even before their marriage (however, we were told something else in 23rd July's episode 😕)

true.. there could have been some other solution.. we still don't know how he got to know that Khushi was innocent 😕 maybe he did some soul-searching while captive 😆

The Guptas were made very insignificant ever since ArShi got married.. still don't understand why..in that household, only Buaji has some role, but Garima and Shashi..🤢

The makers forgot many other things..too many loose-ends.. 😡 they even forgot what the concept of IPKKND is

I miss the old IPK magic, and my guess is that its missing cause of all the dramatic changes to the characters. No one other than Shyam seems to have retained his character. I understand that people/characters change with time, but they certainly don't do a 180.

The kidnapping track introduced to cater to Baruns absence was not as bad as what they did with the other characters while ASR went missing. There was so much the CVs could have done to grow the other characters, but they simply chose to place all the burden on Khushi and moved forward with a very weak plot.

What happened after his return was equally confusing and mishandled; so much was left unsaid, and there was such a major back and forth of events and emotions that it turned into a big mess.

I miss the old IPK, and even though there was many illogical things happening at that time too, they weren't this bad. I am not complaining about the current track, i think its fine but yes i do miss the magic.

When one has watched the team deliver such great work in past, it is rather painful to accept something mediocre, specially when there are no visible signs of improvement.

In my entire life this is the first time/ first show that I have followed from day 1, to the extent of actually registering on a global forum and actively participating in discussions in (posting and all). My best wishes to the team, with hope that they will once again bring back the old magic.
