I don't think they would ever have considered a blood relation between Khushi & Arnav.
That would have effectively killed off the whole premise of their show and the whole point of their love and union.

It's probably going to be something along the lines of forbidden love ala Romeo/Juliet style whereby there is some sort of animosity between the families that Arnav & Khushi aren't aware of.

The USP of the show is that Love doesn't let them separate but Hate doesn't let them stay close so they will play on that.
