Sometimes I sit and wonder.. What is that binds 2 people together? Is is the ring they put on each other's fingers when they get engaged? Is it the promises they make to each other when they marry? I don't know about everyone.. but yesterday's bs_si post about the rituals and what they meant to her and then today sandy's question to me.. Kops do you believe in the heart and nerves connection.. got me thinking.. What do I believe in?

What makes me a wife?? Rather what makes me feel like a wife?? What makes me wanna put his name after mine?

I realised.. for me.. it was not the elaborate wedding we had.. But it was the simple act of putting that ring on my finger which makes me wanna belong to him.. every time I look at my finger and the ring on it.. I feel so close to him.. I feel as if I am a part of him.. and he is a part of me.. The ring which he gave me was the symbol of his love for me.. The sindoor, the mangal sutra, they do not hold the same importance to me.. In fact, I do not wear them on a daily basis.. But my engagement ring is one thing which I never take off..

Is this sense of belonging there because the vein from that finger goes directly to the heart? Of that I have no clue.. Well anatomically, its true to an extent.. 😊

But LOVE is not anatomy.. and anatomically heart is just an organ that pumps blood! 😆

the sense of belonging can come from anything.. It can be a simple hug, a simple kiss on the forehead, a simple confession of love, a snapshot of your moments together.. Or in the case of our beloved couple.. I believe it comes from every time they look at each other..

The instant they met, something fell into place.. It was as if an elaborate puzzle was solved.. and the final piece which was missing had come, and now the puzzle could be solved.. What was the puzzle.. Arnav Singh Raizada.. What was the final piece that fixed the puzzle, Khushi Kumari Gupta..

No matter what they did, and how hard and whatever they tried.. They BELONGED to each other.. the biggest step in their relationship was accepting the simple fact, they are ONE.. How can they not be together? The minute they walk away, Arnav Singh Raizada will scatter into pieces and Khushi Kumari Gupta will have no meaning, no identity.. He is because of her.. and she is for HIM..

When Khushi explains the significance of 'the roka ceremony' and how putting the ring on the ring finger will make him his..

Arnav's simple question.. Toh kya abhi tum meri nahi ho?

Khushi's instinctive answer.. Hum toh aap hi ke hain...

It was such a romantic moment.. This is true LOVE.. you are not somebody's cause of some rituals, but because in your heart feel so.. because you believe so.. Unfortunately, we still have to go through all the rituals and ceremonies so that the relationship is socially acceptable.. Poor ASR.. 😒

My views on the rest of the episode:

1. Loved the fact, that he is using that bluetooth of his to talk to someone else than Aman.. And that someone is Khushi.. The scene had that feeling of newly fixed rishta.. the boy and the girl spending their entire time talking to each other on phone.. Boy calls girl to be ready, as he is coming to meet her..

Things are bound to happen when that boy is Arnav Singh Raizada.. A surprised Khushi on hearing that he will see her soon tells him he cannot come.. To which he haughtily says.. Mujhe rokega kaun??😆

Oh! He is so sure of his position in his family..

2. Get set go.. He started down the stairs.. ready to meet his soon to be bride.. and there comes dadi with her talks of rituals.. How he is not allowed to accompany for Shagun.. NK tries to support him by pointing out, Akash went for his.. Unfortunately.. Arnav baby is left behind with a sad and pouting face.. 😔

Was there a glimpse of realisation on his face that dadi did not want him there so that she could try messing up once more??😕

3. At GH, a very tensed Garima, who it seems will fall any minute, is trying to run out of the house before the whole batallion arrives lead by dadi.. She misses her by a minute.. Dadi once again looks down her nose at Bua ji and Shashi ji.. NK observes that and once again tries to diffuse the tension between them..

Bravo Nanhe Ji! You have balls of steel.. am I right, bush, shaz???😉 Standing up to dadi like that.. I sometimes feel the way she looks at you that she will say oM phut! and you will turn to ashes.. Be very careful.. we want you around for a long long time..

4. With little hindrance from dadi, and a little push from bua ji the ceremony starts and Khushi is seated right next to DADi.. Dadi once again makes it clear that Khushi and Arnav cannot see each other after haldi till marriage..

Tabhi ek awaaz aati hai.. Wait, phir toh main bilkul sahi time par aaya hoon!!😛

The change in expressions on dadi's face was hilarious.. 😆

I m sad 4 buaji n garima
bcz buaji was justified to slapped khushi in that scenario but she didnt slap n arnav stopped her by holding her hand n its her insult.
People questioning on garima slapped to khushi. Is its nt da right of mother when she saw her child closer to fire to stop him or her verbally n when da child nt baat mane then she can stop them by physically. What khushi doing in garima view she wanted to play with fire.

This was the dialogue that I remembered today watching Garima run away from her
past today.

Shashi has no clue about Garima's past, does he?

He didn't seem to recognize Dadi, So Garima's secret will have rippling effect on Guptas

If marriage is indeed about to happen as per the carefully leaked spoilers by the PH,

Why is it not being SCREAMED about? Why can't we have a simple promo repeating the scene when he declares he will marry his wife again if new one has not been shot yet?
Why can't the title montage be reshot with both of the going away from each other and he stops and twirls her closer to him with a smile...(Think Character Dheela twirl) Why isn't a buzz being created for the TRP audience if they matter so much? Why isn't a buzz being created for the online audience by way of polls, interviews by the PH or SP site considering now that this show is competing against two tough shows - BV & Mahadev?
1. Isn't it time to come all guns blazing and reclaim its rightful spot?

Parallel tracks or Moments

The supporting cast is absolutely loved both for its onscreen and offscreen persona.😳

Now you have a wedding happening, instead of a full fledged parallel track, how about
the following moments:

1. BROMANCE -

Akash/NK/Arnav...some lighthearted teasing. A crack about Aranv getting married twice to his first wife.
1. The inability to organize a bachelor party since Arnav already considers himself Married.

2. Raizada Brothers -

Small moments between Akash and Arnav - Two brothers who have practically grown up together and are now even more closely bound together cos of the Gupta Sisters.

A simple moment of them recounting their own love story with the respective Gupta Sisters. Arnav recounting how he has incurred the wrath of Payal during the GH incident and jokingly warning Akash to be very careful. Arnav explaining his role in Payal's first wedding to be called off (IF he can tell NK, he can sure as well tell Akash), on why he kept quiet about Shyam.
1. Akash expressing his happiness at finally being able to see the happy Arnav and appreciating Khushi's role in the same.

3.Gupta Sisters

Moments between Payal and Khushi...they can come up with so many things including

Payal trying to figure out how and when did Khushi and Arnav fell in love as they used to fight so much.
• Some light hearted, emotional moments between the sisters.

4.Mami - Nani

Mami grudgingly acknowledging that the Gupta Sisters are probably the best choice for Akash and Arnav before turning to her catty self...toned down of course..(can we stop with the KBT & PS..thing please)

5.Mama

If you guys can get the dates of Rajeshji.😕

Getting emotional with Nani wishing Aranv's mom was present to see her Son's wedding
1. his cool attitude towards Dadi (Oooh, I am waiting for that one) cos he somewhere holds Dadi responsible for what happened to his sister and her kids.

I have deliberately kept Anjali, Shyam, Dadi, Garima, Bua & Shashi cos I guess they will be for the drama with odd emotional moments thrown in between and those drama scenes any how get fabulously written, it is the small moments like the above that have a tendency to get missed.
