I haven't gone through all the comments here yet but it is a sincere request to all please don't deviate from the topic.

This post isn't in any way a comparison post. So avoid discussing anything of that sort.

Although the topic is about Barun I have also mentioned Sanaya but that's only to discuss that even she is being unnecessarily criticised nowadays and all that comments that I have read, liked and replied to so far have been in that context and is relevant to the discussion.

So it is a request to everyone to please be respectful towards both the actors and forum members.

As far as lip locks are concerned, even if our actors were comfortable, the channel would have never allowed it.. The famous consumption scene where all are holding breaths for, at the end of the day, is not going to go further than the janmastami day scene. Reason- star plus is a channel for family drama and all types of audiences. it takes into consideration the conservative outlook of Indians. Sony channel did allow a bold scene but star will never permit that.

Scenes are edited to fit the mindset of the audiences.. even if the scene is of a simple hug.. and as the TM said, it depends on the situation. But all those who are expecting bold scenes and passion--- that wont be happening-- ever...unless IPK gets transported to another channel or starplus takes the nayi soch to heart

We are not asking for a lip kiss.A camera angle kiss would do.😉

And about the most awaited consummation scene.The consummation scene of Viren-Jeevika and Krishna-Pratigya were very hot and passionate.They did not show any lip locking and both are SP shows.They were hot because the environment,background song,expressions were hot and passionate.So you see even without showing lip locks they can show a hot consummation scene. 😳

He has done romantic scenes in BHPH too. He got married during BHPH days and he continued to do romantic scenes.

agreed !! combination of makeup man, barun are responsible for the touch ups. Hair or no hair but no gel please !!! I will live with non gel long hair.

about romantic scenes I am changing my stand and agreeing that they are doing the scenes as per the directors instructions.

ohh .. he was married during bhph. sorry didnt know that !! ya, there were quite a few intimate scenes over there and with bollywood style dancing around the trees too !!!!! And barun looked at ease !!

you said what was in my mind.. a camera angle kiss wont do any harm will it! 😳
i am not worried about the consummation scene.. i am sure they can make it hot!! cause its ArHi.. but i wish Arshad will put the same effort he had put in that Diwali miss kiss.. ! the one miss kiss was 1000 times hot than any proper kiss.. then why cant be a consummation .. the couples are same..directors are same! 😳

no.. diwali and holi scenes were directed by Arshad.. but then he was assisting LM I guess... ab banda lazy hogaya hain...

And about Sanaya's expressions in the hut scene.Well I agree Khushi looked that she isfeeling disgusted and in pain..But that has nothing to do with Sanaya.That scene was very poorly planned and executed.That scene actually has no impact on the story.It was thrown randomly to gain TRPs.
