guys why is everyone on the forum talking about 'other woman' in arnav's dad's life?

i mean yesterday it was shown that garima knows dadi and was scared as well as shocked. but when khushi said that arnav's mom commited suicide she gets all angry and slaps her, to me it was like seemed like khushi's parents were killed because of this incident and she doesn't like them but then when arnav came and fix the marriage she didn't stop him..

sowhy is everyone thinking that garima is the other woman in mr. malik's life . why are we all forgetting that at the end of the show arnav and khushi will be together and if she had an affair with mr. malik arnav would never be able forget his past so won't even see khushi's face as he is ASR.

whay are we interpreting this thing?

also the car accident in which khushi's parents died did not fitinf the situation.

please clear this 'other woman' thing
