If negative criticism cannot be taken in the proper manner and we are being forced to restrain ourselves from voicing our opinions, I think it's time to bid adieu. Negative criticism is never pleasant. It doesn't come wrapped in wreaths of flowers with pretty bows hanging from the sides. It's harsh and that's how reality works.Here's a few examples of movie reviews which are nasty to say the least.

<tr>
<td colspan="2">Ben Affleck, Josh Hartnett and Kate Beckinsale give performances of such somnambulist awfulness that the three of them achieve an almost zen-like state of woodenness. This is bad acting above and beyond the call of duty; this is Purple Heart bad acting.

<tr>
<td colspan="2">Affleck, called upon to play someone stupider than himself, goes even deader behind the eyes than usual, and when emoting resorts to the kind of facial spasms that won him jeers of joyous derision at screenings of Pearl Harbour. </td></tr>

<td colspan="2">Ben Affleck's goose is cooked with Surviving Christmas, a movie that makes Gigli look like one of the crowning moments in his career. </td></tr>

<td colspan="2">J-LoAfter four unsuccessful previous nominations for a Razzie, J-Lo won the 2003 worst actress award for Gigli. Her performance in this film makes her an early front-runner for 2005.</td></tr>

<td colspan="2">(Chris Tookey, Daily Mail)</td></tr></table>This is just a taste of how real world criticism works..I've had enough of this forum. Sorry but Im going to be off the grid until I feel like posting again and right now I dont want to do anything with the forum.

I have emailed Mandy the Mod who seems hell bent on closing our other thread without ever giving a good reason. I am still waiting to hear from her I am fully aware she has never responded to my emails in the past inspite and despite assurances that Mods respond as soon possible to queries I am gravely in doubt the outcome of this email will be otherwise This is unexpectable, although I have not been on the thread I have read the responses and nowhere do I see any criticisms other then a mention of BS's PR skills Mandy I would like you to point out where in the rules this applies I would also politely request that you 'moderate' and look after the members needs You are NOT Barun Sobti's PR manager!!! I am posting this fully aware that you have the so called 'power' to close this thread down as well My aim here is for you to take notice of us the members because afterall we the members make up this Forum I am also hoping this will activate you to respond to emails sent repeatedly which you choose to ignore.
Is this not part f your job?
I re-read the thread in an unbiased manner - honestly I did not find anything offensive or negative...everyone was just expressing themselves and ofcourse we all pride ourselves in our sense of humor...so it was meant to be funny and a discussion side by side...and there was no glamorous thread title to attract other members and have a fight...it was just few of us...I honestly don't know what was soo wrong about saying that BS needs better PR skills...oops...did I spread negativity again ?
