Maria i was bought up in a veg family n philoshphy was how can pain gv u satisfaction meaning when kill someone for in the slaughter house, the animal knows his fate n is said crying n he leaves benhind that in the body so how can that help but my community ppl eat non veg so my mother sent me to cooking classes saying u nvr know what type of family u get and i learnt when i got married i hadnt practiced non veg food but seeing my husband i tried a few errors here n there n then i learnt now its been 6 years i mk wo tasting but i know his taste with spices etc so mk it... n here we get the meat quite clean not like india here when u get fresh non veg,,, u dunt hv traces of blood oozing out etc,,, they clean it quite good so becomes easy
