Dadi said you cannot cut out the past but you can change the future.

So probably she knows that Khushi and her parents were innocent but still had to face the mishaps.

Similiarly Khushi is also going through the same scenarios hence Dadi is worried that history may repeat itself. And Dadi doesn't want that to happen in any case.

As Arnav has his own style of redemption being his Dadi, she also has her own style of changing the situations.
