Swathi, that is the million dollar question. The stage is set, bride is ready only the groom is missing. 😆 but not to worry. Mere jaasoos duniya ke charo taraf hai. Till then I will make do with BS ka BD. The man has muscled arms and looked quite good in white pristine vest. He can do the catching. I would be safe in his able hands. Wokay, now this evil guy is really evil. Makes my hackles rise. Not evil Shaymu style. He is intelligent and evil. Good looking too. Virat, is what he is called. He is a creep and makes me shudder with disgust and anger. Sudha, I am a maach bhat fed bong. So i love my lamb chops and chicken rolls and fish fries. 😆

Awesome post babes. !00% agree with you. Ever since this post marriage track the story line is lost somewhere with no consistency among the characters. Starting from Mami; W*F is wrong with this woman???I swear she's getting on my nerves with her annoying ridiculous behavior😡. She saw Khushi how she was dying to bring ASR back in the kidnapping track and now I dont even wanna comment on this woman and worst of all GH thinks that she adds humor to the story????🤬...

Next, the cry baby ofcourse. Seriously doesn't DB get sick of crying 24 hrs??????All she cares is about her GODdamn life and that everyone should pay attention to her and her only esp her "Chottey"😡

Aakash, the loser ...this guy is just 🤢you named him right evanjeleen ..spineless what else can i say.😵

Khushi, One day we see she breaksdown and the next day she is fooling ,kidding around and telling lies😡. Can't she tell ASR for the damage he has done in her life instead of acting all immature and juvenile???

ASR,, dont even get me started on this guy. The writer who wrote that rangmunch article clearly wrote it from ASR's POV.😕They guy who calls her gold digger, home wrecker, characterless and said sorry before as well ---- thrice can't redeem????😕Who couldnt see tears in her eyes before and would do anything for it can't redeem??Worst of all he's not even shown guilty for shattering her life and dreams but rather manipulates and tortures her further🤢

didn't one of the actors moan about not having banked episodes despite the show being on air for over a year? She went on to say that actors come on the set on time and are left idling for hours before being called for a shot.. the actors claim they are working 12 hour days.. sometimes we see tweets from some saying its 2 a.m. and we are still shooting.. from these statements one could conclude the PH is highly disorganised... if they had everything in order, they could commence shoot when the actors are ready..

at the same time we find the same writer doing the scripting for several shows, he/she must be not only confused with the plots but also suffering burn out...

i also think this PH spreads itself too thin by taking on too many new shows in other channels also and now a new one on saturdays here on SP so obviously when you have a financial crunch and yet you want to continue to produce and add more serials something has got to give and it is showing in this serial they have taken the viewers for granted they believe the online and IF viewers are the ones to please and happy to sit on past laurels forgetting in todays world you are only as good as your last success which in their case is a soap on similar lines that did have an niche audience but beyond that nothing This has been their biggest success and paradoxically their worst execution
and yes spirit it only fuels it i so agree😆

Laxmi is making laxmi these days as she is doing advertisements for SP.
SP thought now it's time for "soch nayi" so let's have Laxmi to promote other shows instead of humans.
Laxmi is saving money now and HP is working his skinny ass in RM so that they can eventually save enough money to run off for their long awaited honeymoon .
Let's see who goes first to their honeymoon.
Laxprakash or Payash?

This serial, for the first 6-8 months, got many of us hooked onto it. We have seen or read this type of love story of star crossed lovers many times. Yet we got hooked on. Because, it had everything working for it. Incredible tag lines, a oft repeated story became worth telling again because it got a refreshingly fresh treatment, got two of the most good looking, charming and uber talented leads together, CVs, director. As a bonus, the two leads thrown together, unknown to probably even the story telling technicians, got together and created a chemistry, which I feel is unparalleled in TV land (from what I have seen so far). They signed, sealed and delivered and we all fell hook, line and sinker.

It was beautiful ride. Even the corny scenes were lapped up only because of BS and SI. Even the most ridiculous scenes were swept under the rug, because, the execution was not flawed. Comedy even if it is corny can be pulled off, if the timing and execution and placement is right. That is what they had.
Love, Arrogance, Ego, Sacrifice, Intensity, Passion, Comedy, Bonding, Revelations, Reflections, Mistrust, Faith, Belief and Rabba Ves were all place and executed when and where they were supposed to. Nothing seemed out of place. We forgot about actors and BS was ASR and SI was Kushi.
Now they are trying to cram love, arrogance, angst, revenge, comedy, OTT, passion, bonding, Ego, fake love, faltu Rabba Ves all in a 20 minutes span. Hence, placement is horrible and execution is without heart and soul. Worst of all, chemistry is not sizzling. Previously, when ASR and Kushi were physically far from each other, (the corridor at Gupta's house) their eye lock and Rabba Vey seemed like they were making passionate love.
Now they are physically closer (geographically only) and yet the Rabba Veys lack spark and intensity. BS and SI look tired and all the hard work they are doing is showing. Once a sizzling chemistry now feels like a soda bottle which has been opened for a while and the sizzle is still trying to make its presense felt but failing.
Characterizations were pretty much flawless. There was growth in every character, whether it be positive or negative. La was getting more and more positive and her exit was one of the most dignified exits in TV land. Shyam was becoming negative from the initial positive portrayal. ASR layers were peeling away. If his arrogance had bite to it, his rarely seen smile had a sweetness to it, because, they were all placed and executed and not compromised.
Some characters the graph stayed consistent. Be it, Nani being sensible when she needs to be and fun loving when the timing needed to be. Mami was always the relief with her impeccable dialogue delivery, some of the best one liners and her character stayed consistent.
Kushi was always going to be silly, goofy, more mature than an 18 year old, less mature than a 9 year old, biting off more than she can chew, some times penny wise and some time pound foolish. Fitted with her life story and age perfectly. She falls down, gets up, and moves on.
ASR & Kushi ' ASR transformed to Arnav. Can anyone in this forum disagree that the only person responsible to draw the Arnav out of ASR is Kushi. None of his family including Anjali could bring out the Arnav. The smiling one, the flirting one, the one who ended up doing things like stealing pecks, dancing, losing bets, mischievous, and finally even a dhak dhak.
So, what was not to like including Shyam's twitching. But just like Shyam's twitching, which started going OTT, everything went OTT once the toothless MU started. I have said this previously, since then, the CVs have managed to butcher everything, I mean everything that was sacred and special about IPKKND.
Even in a fictional world, when CVs create something, and sell it and draw an audience who appreciate their work, the minimum the CVs can do is to keep the story telling consistent, palpable and not insult, the talents of the actors, or the sensibilities of the viewers. If I like the regressive stories that are dished out in almost all other serials, I would go watch them. IPKKND was never going to be that. Hence it has a unique fan base. That was the fan base CVs were targeting. They gave this fan base what they wanted and some more for 6-8 months. Those creatives are either gone or the creativity is gone.
First 8 months, we could not wait for the next episode to air and blamed day for having 24 hours. Now we are content upon imagining how beautiful future episodes based on repentance and romance will be. Previously, we remembered each and every scene and its poignancy, and now each one is busy guessing and hoping and praying future episodes will be great. Previously characters were strengthened to move the story forward. Now the characters are being butchered to make up for the lack of story.
Everyone praised an ugly duckling(ASR) turning into a swan little realizing, the beautiful swan (Arnav) was killed on the Terrace. Since that Terrace scene, along with the Swan another Golden Swan (Kushi) was forever smeared of such ugly characterization the Swan has turned into an ugly duckling unsure of whether it is a duck or a Swan.
The epsiodes of Shyams revelation was akin to driving a Prius in a Nascar Race. (Sorry, I cannot come up with any other way to say this). It was like Skahti Kapoor doing an item song or a Rakhi Sawant doing a Kahaani.
Since then, Kushi is reduced to wanting to wash Anjalis feet and purify herself. Kushi wants ASR to be happy with his sister and wants to gracefully blend into the setting sun.
Kushi is made to be angry when she needs to be understanding and understanding when she needs to be angry. She loves when she should hate and hates when she should love. She cries when there is no need to and laughs when the prevailing mood is of glum. She is chirpy when she should be introspective and silent when she should be explaining her position.
ASR is made to be giving with one hand and is shown stealing with the other. He is made to be mean when he needs to come clean and is made to woo when bigger woes are befalling him. He is neither there for his Di nor is he there for Kushi. He is made into a lover boy acting like a person with hate and a villain acting like a lover. His character has shades of grey which are darker than black and shades of black which are whiter than purity of the snow.
If this yo-yoing of the characters is on purpose by the CVs then, it is an insult to everyone assiciated with the serial, the makers, the actors and the viewers. If this yo-yoing of the charactes is because CVs are struggling on what to do next and are experiencing a writers block, then, all they have to do was watch, the first 8 months again.
Watch how the Lavanya track was handled and closed. Watch how Nainital track was handled and closed. Watch how Kushis engagement news track was handled and closed. Watch how Diwali track was handled and closed. Watch how Teri Meri track was handled and closed.
Since then, it is like watching a software update stuck at 10% only to eventually crap out with an error only to be left with a feelings of being cheated, and disappointment.
PS : Some of this is a copy of an old post of mine which I made back in May, but it still holds true for this Topic. Sorry for the length. What can I say. Dont hate me because I am such a MitaBhashi (One who says very less).

Obviously they hv plenty on their hands! Wait dont tell me that their new show is being written by the same writer too? Talk abt a burn out. Yeah, I dunno, I prefer not to read a lot of articles and stuff cus it starts to take the fun away from watching the show. For starters, I wish these guys would stop discussing their issues out in the open, its sort of like a pr walking disaster, in my view. Fine, you know you hv a problem, sort it out...much as the rest of the professional world does.

Okay, I hv a different take on this, you guys recall how someone, forgot who, mentioned that this show was a new thing for star? An experiment of sorts, something suited to starone, do you think it's possible that these guys have genuinely been surprised by the success of this show? And by them, I refer to the channel and the production house?

Spirit, the guy is good looking and boy can he act! 👏 he is stunning. He makes your blood boil with anger and disgust. He used to come in some other show too? Tells tells. I hate him so much that I dont watch his show. My mum very happily provides me with updates. But the guy is really good. I wish CVs would give Shyam a cringeworthy role. And how to do a rangoli Rabba Ve? Remember how A fell on K while she did the rangoli and he fixed the flowers? We would have a role reversal. I would fall on BD and not the other way round. 😆

What? ASR fell in love only fter his marriage to Khushi? What can I say to such a statement...? If ASR was not in love with Khushi before marriage, he would not have lashed out at her when he got to know of her engagement, we would not have seen all those Farq padta hai scenes, we would not have seen ASR serve the guests in Khushi's house and he would not have sauntered to the terrace to confess... 😊

The part where ASR confessing his love over the phone left me too confused. I was wondering if he made his confession while still suspecting her to be having an affair with Shyam.. here was a man who failed to believe Khushi, removed her hand by force and left her high and dry at the airport... He told her in many ways how much he detested her... suddenly the Kidnap incident made him trust her and brought back the faith in her? He may have done so thinking that he was not going to live another day but the writers could have shed more light here.. He kept asking Khushi how she knew he was in trouble but never showed us the reason for his sudden change of heart.. 😆

True, Arnav has been shown as a flawed man but haven't they also been showing us how this flawed man is doing his best to change for his Khushi? If he is making an attempt to please Khushi, the one whom he loves, why can't this change also include some humility, some repentance? The arguments for not showing a redemption track appears very lame..

Why does everyone think that showing a man of ASR's stature repent will make him less of a man.. ? ASR was shown reminiscing the terrace scene over and over ... why cant the PH show ASR reminiscing the atrocities he did to Khushi to show some remorse.. we have seen similar scenes beforem e.g. when he got to know her parent's were dead, after he hurt her badly during the farq padta hai scenes.etc etc... We definitely dont want to see ASR turned into a Devdas but a man should be man enough to accept his mistakes... that will sure increase the awe factor of ASR... 😆

the author goes on to say "...his lady love creating much ado about nothing" ? 😲 does one realise the extent of damage he did to Khushi? How can one view her attempts seem much ado about nothing? I am shocked!!! Anyone put in her position will behave the same way Khushi does.. of course Khushi is not consistent with her reactions and that's another grouse I have with the writers...

I have to disagree with the statement "...ASR has started respecting Khushi now".. if he was, he would not have treated her the way he did during the Rent drama.. I find him treating her like a child at times and at times as his employee..

ASR had threatened Khushi with Payal's marriage .. this was the reason why this girl did not speak of the contract to their families... .. Of course the writer has a point there... we are yet to know what Khushi plans to do at the end of 6 months... would she tell everyone at that point? Khushi is to be blamed to an extent for his behaviour towards her..

According to this article, if the little girl is attracted to ASR... If she is, she is not alone... he too is drawn to her, he adores her innocence, her goodness and her simplicity.. he is awed by her audacity for daring to stand up to him.. this he liked... thus, trying to insinuate that the attraction was one side is stupid or shall we say a deliberate act for not having a redemption track...

Finally, I am sick and tired of people going on and on about what Anji & ASR suffered as children... no one gives a diddley squat to what Khushi had been through... isn't she entitled for some slack? being orphaned at a young age and having to bear the burdens of her adopted family, she too had her fair share of suffering.. How about throwing some slack her way too...?

I feel this article has come about after hearing us demanding a Redemption track...
This article is biased and does not state the facts incorrectly..
