Day 3 in continuation, & Day 4 of the Challenge: The start with a lovely bond of brother n sister the end witha lovely start between a man n wife

A Great episode, Love it to the core, defined a lot of things in term of realtionships, I loved it would be a repeate monotony, but honestly I did love it ,,, for a moment all the pulling has been suspensed n emotions are being laid naked ,,,,

The intial opening scene with khushi looking for anjali and not telling naniji or any other member once agn highlighted the khushi who will always be there to protect the family like arnav, she wil try to deal at it first and then for the first time in many instances, she pauses for a min and thinks should I informArnav, her hands autimatically looking for phone and finally finding Anjali, she brings anjali back and wonders but

Angry Arnav standing outside the door but a chirpy khushi, moreover her being their calms Arnav and he tells her to come to the room, when they enter the room the room is filled in Darkness, like with the advent of Arnav, Khushi's life had been filled with problems and they bicker and Khushi fought each siutaution, today too Khushi had answers for Arnav's each small word, like she is always the answer to his question and lost in the small words she lays the big secret out and A moment of hesitation, and he turns her he tells to look at him, he says the probs of wearing a attire which he hasnt ever done for anyone and has been doing it for past couple of hours bcz he knew it was she behind the whole idea, he has understood her, her ways, her spirit and then he says I did for your smile, he leans n seals it with a Kiss, Once agn Arnav for the first time took his baby steps towards khushi, assuring her, understanding her, He could hv kissed on lips and seal it with passion but he sealed it with respect and the feeling that he will cherish her and her presence in his life, he would go to any length to be with her, change himself to accomodate her, what a beauty here, more than words, the thoughts the action did it... his expression of endearment left a lot of us speech less...

He proceeds to fill thr room with Light, like his life had been filled with her, and once agn he turns her to the side, standing behind her, like the shadow he is completely in her, with her, not only with thoughts, understanding but with actions too, silently supporting her, and when she sees the pile of boxes laid on the bed, her first thoughts go the joke between them, and for a moment it leaves arnav exparated and then he plays along,

The First gift, the chana in the box, A simple snack, Khushi favorite in time of distress or thinking, he gives a box full of it,,, leaves khushi happy, a accompaning smile from Arnav

The Second Gift A Salman Khan poster, he never could undertand Khushi love for SK yet he respects her passion/ fun,,,, leaves Khushi exalted and Arnav a shy smile

The third Gift Jalebis, agn a sweet which khushi cherishes in happiness or sadness, her answer to a lot of problems he offers ... she smiles widely n he rejoices

The Fouth Gift The Golgappas, A spicy tangy mix snack, whicjh adds zing to khushi, he takes the zing in stride,,, leaves her happy n he is content,,,

The Final Gift the Pearl String, the moment she looks the box of jewllery she is unsure/apprehensive, a few days back only she had told him, money, expensive gifts dunt matter, a token of acknowledgement matter, yet looking into his eyes she see him pleading with all ernesty, she proceeds to open it, she finds a string of pearls a moment for shock, a surprises, a lone tear falls from her eyes,,,,a fb shows her she had thought he will get a gift like that for her, she has never shared this to anyone, her personal inner desires to anyone yet he has understood them, she looks up with realising that how deeply this man can go with her, he can read her thoughts/ desires choices, her eyes filled with water she looks to him, do you? how do you understand me?? his eyes flicker back I know you, understand you, I am with you, I am for U and I m by U too... all in all will you stand by me thru thin n thick, he answers always...she then takes the first step towards him in all humility and he completes the rest of the distance betwen them, confident by the acceptance in her eyes, in her soul, he moves close to her hugs her in a complete hug, his bigger stonger male body completely enveloping her dainty petite body, and then she slowly hugs him back her hands crawling with the pearls, her reality in her hands... the silent tears in her eyes washing all the bonds that hold her back from accepting Arnav... he has assured her of his support love commitment though the highs n lows of life, "togetherness & Understanding" I saw there tonite, another facet of a realationship achieved by MR & Mrs Raizada... The jounrney which started with Arnav breaking a pearl string for Khushi has been completed with the acceptance of another complete pearl string.

In my earlier post I had talked abt the components of a relationship, where I said they hv some they to achieve some more, I saw one more achievement tonite...

The morning comes in a happy content khushi opens eyes a find Mr Raizada looking at her, staring in her lost in her, she see for this moment, she defines the world for him, nothing matters more an unfliching gaze which is proud to hold her in its reign, she is shy gvs in a smile a small smile and becomes conscious, she chcks herself of sumthing which can be reason, she isnt sure the reason for his beholdment, her clothing, her hair, but the gaze us uncompromised, almost oozing with conciet and then she moves out of it, tries to go beyond it but Arnav too get up, he is looking thru the soul, assuring him of her presence,,,and he moves ahead she moves back, but this time her steps arent so sure abt the backward journey a trance of being with each other nani knocking, I loved the abslt gaze of Arnav here for without words he has made it signifanct that she is and will the defintion of his world from now on😃

Anji telling Khushi she knew that Arnav wore kurta due to her efforts, A aceptance of Khushi in Arnav life, a small baby step, a sister until yesterday was scared of the brother being shared, scared abt the truth and lies in hospital has accepted the first truce with Khushi, she was instrumental for khushi being in Arnav life, one of the first one to understand Arnav liking for khushi,,, her understanding of attraction for Arnav, khushi who could always reach Arnavs depth with her funny ways and has always wanted a real love of her brother. Surprising both the siblings Anjali & Arnav at the moment can see Khushi's effort clearly😊

I believe this new character will be instrumental in shyams return to RM, n may be Shyam is intrumental in the return of this character in Arnav's life after a long pasaage of time,

Was it only me?

Was anyone else also waiting for someone to come in when Arnav was explaining why he wore the Kurta? The doors were open and I couldnt concentrate on the scene coz I was worried that someone (especially Anjali) may just come in and overhear that the kurta wasnt worn for her but for Khushi!

Knowing thier history ... i was waiting for an interruption..!

I couldnt relax one bit during that entire scene! Why cant they close the doors???

Was I the only one who was on edge?

I m nt a romantic person. I think so , so didnt understand 2day ARHI scenes much. But what i got little bit is
UNDERSTANDIN, LOVE AND RESPECT
are needed for any relationship to proceed further and to make it strong.

Bless my phone! I curse this vintage BB too much! The episode was fantastic today!! Brilliant script writing and brilliant execution! The team had put a major effort in the episode! From the crew to the cast, a splendid episode!

Now, I've only watched the episode once with as much close attention I can without fangirling throughout!

..It's the end of the beginning - Ross Cooperman

The above quote is a lyric from the song "Holding On and Letting Go", the one I posted a day before yesterday! We are right now standing at that transaction phase of Arnav and Khushi's life where the past is building up ready to burst and open a new beginning for them.

They over here are holding on to their love and letting go of the past that was filled grudges, secrets and lies. They are getting ready to pave a new path from a fragment of the old one!

It opens with Khushi frantically searching for Anjali & in doing so, runs into Nani who questions the sudden change if behavior. What was to be noted in this scene was Khushi's assurance and the plastered smile on ger face. Two things that get through everything, letting her think that she is preventing sorrow to enter everyone else.

Vowing to find Anjali in a short span first herself, she does find her! This the second time Anjali had been caught red handed and unlike last time, she managed to pull the conversation to a whole new subject with Khushi! The frantic behavior and the sudden change in encountering Khushi, Anjali's tangled thoughts would be getting her more tangled!

>>Khushi was more shaken on the fact that if Anjali is safe and that's what gut her steered away from the thoughts of the seemingly unknown person hidden in the bushes but she isn't the one to forget such minute details so easily. I loved ger confusion and how she turned around. Being persistent wasn't in her character

Seemingly annoyed Arnav thinking Khyshi ran away! *boy, I wish someone would say that about me when I'm late.* The whole fuming expression was brilliant.

What us to be noted is that Khushi is still keeping herself paces away from Arnav. The latest confrontation ob their contract details hasn't changed her decision in coping these last few days. Arnav however, is still the man on mission and doing all he could to have even a last minute change in the decision of his lady love. Khushi enters after Arnav in Arnav's world which is visibly dark and causes her to trip. The two entered into a heated argument over the gifts, making Khushi blurt half of the truth. This reminded me of the "fadaq padta hai kyunki.." phase between the two where Khushi wasn't sure why she was affected but Arnav knew that why was she affected, only he wanted to have her spell it for him too. & this is what happened, he got half the truth spilt by her and told that he knew it all along!

The respect Arnav has in everyone's heart will crumble. When the six month clause will spread out, Arnav would be the target fir disappointment and Kgyshi will acknowledge the fact that somewhere in this marriage he had saved her from Shyam, thus will stand strong by him until that respect build again!

& it'll be none other than Arnav who had plunged Kgushi into darkness along with him to bring her towards the light. His witching the light and presenting her with the gifts was what represented the fact.

A reminder of the past that was will be now replaced with this new memory. who was saying Arnav isn't walking on path of redemption? Isn't hectoring to mend the past events, replacing them all with a new bright and beautiful memory. His fresh and clear attitude was a purpose to bring back the bubbly and chirpy Khushi instead of the one who has a plastered smile to cover her sorrows
The cup repressing a new beginning, a new cup to fill with new memories and promises. The chick peas representing hope, the jalabies representing sweetness and the pearls, bringing acknowledgement to Khushi that what Arnav means to her and how the love that was scattered along with her dignity will be replaced by Arnav himself preserving what has been ruined.
And of course, no one can win the salmanazars khan poster! Now if it had been Tom Felton or Colin Firth, I'd be fangirling along too! *sigh*

The memory of Arnav pulling the string of pearls has been replaced with Arnav filling her with love, even if it hasn't formed the complete circle and today, that memory would be replaced completely by this one where they are completely bounded together by love and support if each other. The look of longing, acceptance and love from Khushi was enough fir Arnav to be by her. He doesn't need any more signals from her and before she can crash on her, he had enveloped her in his arms. Her hands gripping around her just showed that she had accepted him!

The small cry and then slight whimpering replaced by a faltering smile, Sanaya was particularly brilliant here.

Whatever was that! Personally the whole if stareing session by Arnav was down right creepy! Imagine yourself in Khushi's shoes! She even gave him a smile to stop but he, wouldn't budge!
I loved how he left saying "We are not done yet!"

Now this whole of the Dadi business required my brain to watch the clip at least twice. The lady has Bernard in the assylum since 14 years and hadn't moved in those years! All of a sudden she has escaped and it's two freaking days when the management informs.

Nani ji mentioned "because of that woman" indicated Shyam's sister I bet! Manorama is pretty scared and Akash has no idea about anything. And though Arnav isn't find of his Daddy, he did seemed to be concerned about his grandmother! Doods will probably do justice to this whole complicated WTH scenario!

Akash bitwa has finally mended his bridges with Payalia! Must be her participation in raksha bandhan that triggered that response. The love birds are working to save the cracked pieces of their marriage.
I liked how Akash told her that it's best to have few things hidden. He had provided her with a glimpse of what might be knocking soon.

The two daughters of DM come together today finally in front of their mother. Anjali letting go of the past as much as she can and Khushi apologizing for her actions. the beautiful bond between the two is recreating.

Although I might say that Anjali will want Khushi to be by her side to get Shyam back in the house because she did realize that Arnav's kurta stunt had Khushi behind it but with her taking Khushi's hand, she had blessed her to be with her brother forever. It'll be Anjali bring up the proposal!

The last of the back ground score was so perfect. It's still ringing in my head! I should get a mp3 soon.

I am rubbing my hands in glee and I am polishing my glasses with heavy duty glass cleaners (I genuinely do wear glasses), because I cannot wait for this track to unfold! This episode was beautiful, not only for its execution but for content and direction accompanied with skilful acting.

It all starts with the search for Anjali. Khushi looks all over from her and brings her home, shielding her from harm. This was a scene revisited and redone. Remember the Holi scene? Arnav was waiting for Khushi and Anjali comes along. Khushi in the mean time was being manipulated by Shyam and he hid behind a tree, from Anjali so to speak. Today: Arnav was still waiting for Khushi. Shyam was still being at his manipulative best. The difference: Anjali, Khushi and the role they played. That day, Anjali saved Khushi from Shyam, today Khushi saved Anjali from Shyam. And Shyam was still obscured by the tree.

It is because of scenes like these do I love the CVs. What a fine way to tie loose ends and show the change in dynamics! I loved this scene! This game, this battle was always about Anjali and Khushi. It always has and will always remain about the two of them. They have been constantly been manipulated by the two men who are at war with one another. Both of those men seek to dominate the other and are at equal footing against one another. The ones to make or break them, are their Queens. I've said this before: It is the Queens that hold the power. It will always be Anjali that holds Shyam in the palm of her beautifully French manicured, delicate hands. It will also be Anjali who will strangle Shyam with the very dainty hands that gave him everything he ever wanted.

Onto our White King (literally!) and his beloved Queen. He goes hurtling around the corners of his castle, searching for his Queen and finds her outside the chambers of the Black Queen. He demands her royal presence and you can almost see a new bounce in his steps. He was almost skipping to their room (in a totally manly, hot and sexy way!)

He holds the door open for her to enter. That reminded me of Payash's wedding day. Remember King and Queen's walk out of the happy castle, to the premature, unnecessary death of their love. That day, she started walking and she followed him out. He held the door open for her and waited as she exited with him. Today, she followed him out and he held the door open for her to enter into his world of darkness. After she stumbles around, he turns the lights on.

He them very cleverly makes her admit to the fact that it was her idea. This reminded me of how she made him confess about the churidaas. Loved the way the Queen has no qualms about exerting her royal rights and how she did his buttons. Did I see the King gloat internally and pat himself in the back as his delectable little Queen touch him willingly and with all authority? You bet I did!!!

He kisses her on the forehead, emphasising that she means just as much as Di. She is just as important for Di, she is just as loved, cared for and cherished. She is just as worth fighting for as Di is. Adored how he said his trousers were falling off! Yes, we all know just how much he wants to drop his trousers, if you know what I mean! LOL!!! I'm sorry, I had to have had made that joke (cliched though it may be!)

He turns her around and he rolls his eyes at her. He gets her to open them and you could see the excitement and anticipation roll off of him! How I loved the happiness seep through the both of them! For the first time, I actually saw much Arnav actually absorbs the happiness that Khushi radiates. It was kinda like the way a sunflower turns towards the sun! He just soaked in the joy that Khushi gave off!

The King then waits in anticipation as he waits for the Queen to open the most important of his gifts, something he'd so callously ripped from her. He waits with bated breath, his heart speeding up and he looks at his Queen open the gift, his heart on his sleeve, for once, he willingly allows her to swim in his depths, as opposed to have her drown in them.

His Queen's eyes well up with tears, her love overspilling and naked in front of him. She gets up and moves towards him and he is unable to hold any longer. He moves towards him and pulls her into a massive bear-hug. She smiles and hugs him back and clings to him for dear life! (Finally! F-I-N-A-L-L-Y!!!! Wooohooo!!!! Yes, yes, yes!!!) They communicated and it was his heart that reached Khushi, not the money, not the grandeur, nothing but his heart.

The next morning, the Queen for the first time ever feels the full heat of his masculine appraisal of her feminine charms and attribute, making her blood heat up and send her chest heaving with the need for air. Her cheeks turn red and she smiles coyly, unable to meet his hungry, loving gaze which she is so unaccustomed to, but she desires to familiarise herself to. Loved how he unabashedly, longingly looks into her soul, his eyes taking pleasure in looking at the Queen of his heart and the serenity in his soul in evident as he look into her eyes.

Then they are rudely interrupted and finally the King shows appropriate annoyance at being interrupted his quality time alone with his Queen. The monarchs exchange worried glances and the King assures his Queen that he isn't done with her and won't forget her. Oh how love changes a man, even one with a shrouded with ice, covered in thorns and with wounds deep in it that are still raw! Once there was a time where he loathed to even breathe the same air as her! And now he cannot breathe without her. Karma's a bitch, but Karma's a fair, honest bitch.

The past is unravelling. The diaries are going to be checked again and the closets are going to need cleaning. I am dying in anticipation!!! Chotte and Nani are fruits from the same tree and Arnav gets his chivalry and courage from this woman.

My favourite scene would be Khushi and Anjali. Hands down! Anjali still has reservations and rightly so. That thaal, is Anjali's life (I don't care who says what) It will be Khushi who will make things right. For the first time, Anjali is given roses that were meant for her, and her alone. The other two times, they were meant for Khushi but Anjali ended up having them. Today, Khushi got her roses. They weren't expensive, they weren't particularly special of variety, but they were meant for Anjali. They were gotten for Anjali's happiness. Another closure!

Khushi wants everything to be back the way it was. Anjali was important to Khushi before she developed a soft spot for Arnav, and now she is all the more important of what Anjali means to Arnav and what Arnav means to Khushi. She wants to be hugged by Anjali and be told she is still loved the same way she was before. But Anjali is not ready for that. There will come a time when Anjali will love Khushi just as much as she loves Arnav. I loved how she openly says she does not want to talk about what happened, simply because what can she say? She doesn't have all the facts and she knows that. She knows it's something she can't deal with till she's ready and now is not the time.

But she knows Khushi. She knows Khushi loves her dearly and understands her. She acknowledges Khushi's efforts and thanks her for it. It was the old Anjali who loved Khushi and Khushi knew that. She was genuinely happy for Khushi and Arnav. This is the reason why she doesn't want to face Shyam's reality: she doesn't want to accept that it was all a facade. She does not want to be alone. She is afraid of the darkness of being alone. But what she doesn't know is that it is that very darkness, that "Shyam" is out to get her Ocean of Happiness. She will fight for her children, the one she raised as her own, the one she accepted that no one else did and the child that is growing inside her.

Loved the episode! Cast and crew, take a deep bow!!!

The ocean hides its most precious and rarest gift in its deepest depth... A beautiful pearl...

Arnav's heart filled with love is like a pearl which is beautiful,pure and stays that way forever... it was today given to the person who meant the world to him...his wife, Khushi...

Khushi was precious and truly worthy as she had dared to plunge in the ocean's(Arnav) darkness, bear the storms in search of the elusive pearl (Arnav's beautiful heart filled with love). When he said ILU she dreamt of Arnav pledging his love filled heart to her...the only gift she desired of him ...but he vanished giving her the clue to reach it...she went on the journey to find it which was wrought with perils... and finally managed to glimpse its beauty.. she was mesmerized with happiness but the surrounding darkness eluded it's glow... she thought it was lost to her again ... dejected she started her walk back home... The ocean(Arnav) would not let her swim to shore... the more she tried to leave... he bound her in his whirlpools of affection... Valiantly fighting and unwilling she again went down to its depth... To be amazed at the gift of the rare pearl...the deep and selfless love from Arnav that would do anything for her true happiness... her real Khushi... which is a smile...Her long cherished dream was fulfilled today and in her tears she realized she had held the precious pearl(Arnav's love) all along in her tightly clenched fist but did not understand...

Arnav Singh Raizada proved his care for the wife by remembering the little details of her happiness, the length his love would traverse by wearing the kurta against his desire, he now needs to assure her that this love will never waver even if times are trying... he will soon have a chance to prove that as new difficulties hover around RM and make Khushi Mrs. Arnav Singh Raizada forever...

As the morning of new hope breaks in...the sleeping beauty awakens to find her prince charming admiring her without blinking his eye... soaking in the reality that she has indeed woken to his true love ...he wants to hold on to the moment and savour it forever... The awareness of her husband's continuous gaze brings a smile on Khushi's face and an awkward realization of desires stirring in her heart... as he leaves saying that the unsaid emotions will be voiced ...she experiences her first.. saasein ruk jayengi moment...finally ASR's efforts are bearing fruition.. Khushi is on the path of ...dimag ki batti jalli. 😳

Anjali understood the reason why Arnav wore the kurta... Khushi had made him do so for his sister's happiness...they had lied to her but also gave her a wonderful surprise that brought back the joyful laughter that had become distant. She had told Khushi about her desire that the closeness she shares with her brother stays forever and it was honored ...

Chotte badal gaye hain... was true but she has not been sidelined in the change... the knowledge propelled her to make a fresh start at mending the relationships... whether the comprehension was due to an internal realization or influenced by external sources...will determine how the fragile relationship between the sister and the sister-in-law progresses...if the strong the bond between the brother and sister remains intact... The innocent smile can even become a nemesis to the one who had destroyed it if her desires are not met...

Can I say what an episode……. So action packed…….. I'm dying with anticipation, and Monday is a holiday for me so I will wake up and be hitting the refresh button until I see it all.

But before I dive in, I have a little note to a certain Ms Gul Khan…….. Really, I don't appreciate that you are making me feel like a hormonal teenage. Here I was under the misconception of being a sophisticated young woman of the world NOPE I'm that same girl who fell hook line and sinker for Raj from DDLJ all those years ago. (I have mentioned my fanaticism over SRK have I not). Any ways during the gifts scene the door was open, and all I could think about was OMG SOMEONE IS GOING TO COME AND INTERRUPT ….CLOSE THE DAMN DOOR YAAR YOU LIVE IN AN INDIAN JOINT FAMILY ANY SORT OF DEMONSTRATION OF AFFECTION IS A BIG NONO!!!! (Yet we have the fasting growing birthrate amazing na).

Then the morning scene, I'll get into how I felt when I was watching it later, but here I just wanted to inform you of my immense displeasure because of yet another interruption. It was such a good build up…….. I mean I was right there with Khushi, first I felt good, then shy then uncomfortable, and finally nervous with anticipation. I FULLY THOUGHT SHE WOULD FALL ON THE BED!!!!! This time around I swear even I, the most avid believer that they are never going to make it to first base thought shit something is going to happen they are going to prove me wrong and I was holding my breath……. Fall Khushi fall dammit……… then the knock on the door……………

See its summer here in TO and some offices give you early close days… thank God for that because if not I would have watched the show when I take my lunch which because I'm swamped at work would be at my desk with others around me also working away, can you imagine if I screamed that at work. Should I also mention that in TO every other person is brown…….

So ya Ms. Khan bas ho gaya.

After today's episode a couple of phrases came to mind……… First the opening of the can of worms of the past and the other, the fact that their Dadi is making her entrance can only be the tip of the iceberg.

So let me just begin…..

Khushi and Anjali:

Anjali is hiding something, and she is not doing it well. She doesn't feel good about it, she is a bad liar, and whatever she feels shows on her face, when she is confronted she looks guilty. What a difference between husband and wife na…… Previously I mentioned that Khushi and Anjali are mirror images of each other, today also proved to me how much alike Khushi and Anjali are, the day before Khushi told Arnav why talk about things that are not permanent, and today Anjali says why talk about things in the past. Both are not letting go, but pretending to. They are holding on and very tightly. But there was a fundamental difference that was glaring me in the face. Where Khushi only lies to protect others and is selfless, Anjali is starting to become selfish, or rather put the wants of her husband above that of her family. NOW I WANT TO BE CLEAR……IF EVER KHUSHI WAS IN THIS SAME SITUATION I'M NOT SURE WHAT SHE WOULD DO. But I know her character is based on her standing by Arnav through hell and highwater even if he doesn't do the same for her.

Also a very poignant development was the fact that Anjali acknowledged that Khushi was the reason behind Arnav wearing the kurta. Very well done CV's. Khushi actually never said a word but both Arnav and Anjali knew because they recognize her nature, and they also know her inside out. I do hope that this implies that Anjali realizes that Khushi would never do the things Shyam accused her of doing. If anything poor Anjali is in confusion should she believe what she feels or what her husband tells her? On both sides it is her loss? I do not envy the position she is in.

Arnav and Khushi:

Wow, how well does this guy know his wife, not only did he recognize that she was the puppeteer who got him to wear the kurta, but he also knew that she would never directly admit it to him, so he coaxed it out of her. Brilliant my Boy, and so in character. Today, Arnav showed his wife how sorry he was for the things he did to her to bring her back home. Not with things that he likes but with things that she likes. Things that don't cost much but would make her jump for joy. With every gift her smile got brighter, and he could feel her forgiveness.

And then the final gift……… a string of pearls………… I must admit I didn't like the flashback sequence here, and I sure I will find some explanation on the thread that I satisfy my dissatisfied mind. In my mind Khushi should have thought of him breaking her blouse string. Because that is what he is doing giving back to her the honour that she lost because of him, he cannot give back the innocence that was lost but he can make sure he protects the honour. After that if she thought about her dream I would have liked that more.

I loved that Khushi was overwhelmed. Her dreams are coming true, her Shaitan has become her Rajkumar. And Khushi's khushi ki aasu run down her face. Arnav has never been able to see her cry, and now to he steps forward, wipes away the tears. His eyes are full of regret about the things he has done to her, and hope that she has forgiven him. Man the guy who gave them RABBA VEY should get a raise after every such scene because the music only made it more intense and they don't have to write dialogue and we sit and fill in the blanks for hours, double whammy I tell you. I loved the hug, it was sort of rough, like he need her in his arms, after her running away from him and not wanting to come back and him coercing her back into RM. Khushi today understood that her shaitan wanted a shot at becoming her rajkumar, and she has no choice but to accept him.

I know I complained about the door being open…. But now that I think about it, with ever fight and argument and hurtful word the door was always closed, everything was behind closed doors, their marriage discussion, when they fell in love, when they hurt each other. But today, Today their love was out in the open for everyone to witness. Today, the great ASR didn't give a damn who was watching them.

Now for the morning scene, man I cannot describe how good it was, to get the undivided attention of the object of your affection can be so overwhelming. I love how Khushi began to squirm, very natural reaction of an inexperienced (and sometimes experienced) girl. There is the anticipation of wanting what is going to happen to happen but at the same time your nervousness is overwhelming. Love that ASR did not hesitate he just was going forward, today, he restraint was shredding in pieces….. He really was about to give her a lesson in……..

I'm going to stop here and talk about this show for a bit, I like that they are going there….. clearly people are not celibate in India ( I'm back to my growing population bit), and I can't watch a Bollywood movie with my mom anymore because of all the sex scenes ( yes I'm an emotionally stunted Indian). So where Bollywood is one extreme, television is the other, can we please find some nice middle ground. I like that Khushi is shown nervous but with anticipation, she wants this too….. Good job CV's be bold I tell you. Ok not too bold because I do discuss the show with my mom.

Now for the interruption, Thank you for the irritation in Arnav's voice…….. I already told you my reaction.

Nani and Arnav:

Nani so far has never lost it in the show, she has been shown as exhausted, tired, broke because of her grandkids situation but there is always that inner strength that is put forth, honestly I think it is her posture, Jayshri T does a wonderful job. Today, though there was fear, desperation, guilt all mixed into one. She went to the one person who she knows will be able to shoulder the burden. VERY VERY NICELY DONE

Now Arnav sees this, his voice is calming but at the same time there is an urgency in it. He needs to rectify the situation immediately.

Mami, Akash and Payal:

Mami is also fearful of this person, why, mami doesn't normally react to anyone this way, what is this person's hand in the ugly past? Is mami scared for herself or for her niece and nephew? Very very well executed Ms Naik.

Akash is again logical, he knows something was wrong, but he also knows his brother will fix it, and he will ask for help if he needs it. In the mean time Akash knows what his responsibilities are. I like that he told Payal very nicely don't stick your nose where it doesn't belong. (Please Khushi don't do anything stupid it will not be funny)

And finally, Anjali's says today she wants to start over……. But she won't be able to because the past that they refuse to face is at the door. Here is the thing about running away from problems and past, they follow you where ever you go. In order to truly put bury them you have to stand up tall, turn around, look them in the eye and face them (lesson learnt the hard way my friends).

This will be the new phase of IPKKND I am looking forward to it.

Quick pointers because today I would like to make my bus,

1. Khushi needs less makeup when she goes to bed, reference your previous sleeping scenes please.

2. Today for the first time Daljeet acted like a pregnant person, she touched her stomach when she got up. Why was this different, because it was not meant to be a scene where she touches her stomach talking about the baby. A pregnant person would behave this way touch their stomach at different intervals especially when standing up. I'm sorry but Daljeet, you are short changing your character by not wearing the bump.

3. The triumphant return of the Pooja ki Thali

And finally before I go, a few thank you's ,Master T for the promotion, that was too sweet, I almost lost my coffee cup when I saw that you featured me. Sunshine 99, Jhalak, Shaz thanks for the comments and appreciation. Anna darling I haven't had time to read you, but I do a little jump everytime you post.And last but not least…… Sandhya, who is my motivation to write. Thank you honey for the push, I swear I wouldn't be writing everyday especially now if you weren't standing there with your danda.

Our beloved Arnav Singh Raizada has finally learnt what pleases his loved ones the most. It isn't designer bags, jewellery, or crystal embossed saris. It's wearing a gift someone has given to you with the hope in their heart to one day see you wear it. It's channe, golgappe and jalebiya from Chandni Chowk.

I loved the episode like most people, just wanted to highlight a few of my favourite bits:

I'm glad Khushi spotting Anjali turned out to be a red herring. After thinking about it, I think Shyam's entry should have a much bigger build up to it.

How Arnav warned Khushi to be careful as she entered the room. He knows exactly how clumsy his wife can be and the nhok-jhok between the two was just adorable to watch.

The Khushi-fication of Arnav continues as he tricks Khushi into revealing it was her idea all along. I loved the look of realisation on Khushi's face after she blurted it out and the look of satisfaction on Arnav's face.

The line about his pjyama falling off had me in stitches, and Khushi's innocent coy smile was exactly what I imagined her reaction to be. And what followed, that simple forehead kiss and the 'isliye' - *faint*

Next the gift scene: the slight roll in Arnav's eyes when Khushi thinks he's making her work again and then his standing back to absorb her reactions. His smile was so cute all the way through. Then the way his smile dropped and the slight look of hesitancy came across his face when she picked up the necklace – hats off BS.

The hug scene: I don't think my words will do it any justice

Sanaya looked stunning in the morning scene. The way she looked over at Arnav's side but didn't find him there so got up to see him staring at her. Her smile was beautiful.

Subhatra Devi!! Let's hope the character is as khatarnak as the name. Ever since the news broke earlier that a dadi was entering the show I have been wondering about her interactions with the other family members, mainly Nani & Mami. I thought there may be some tension between nani and her but it didn't seem that way. I was glad however that Mami seemed shook up about her impending arrival.

Payash seemed to be on the mend today but I didn't get Aakash's line about 'some things are best hidden'. I'm sorry did you leave your memory in Mumbai. What's the reason you have been such a meanie to your bholi wife for the past few weeks? That's right for hiding things! But you don't give her the same courtersy….

The Khushi – Anji Scene: The Anjali we all know and love is still there, she just gets a little sidetracked at times. It was nice that she thanked and acknowledged Khushi for the RB surprise.

Favourite Moment: (oh there were so many to choose from) When Arnav was calling NK's plans stupid and Khushi hell bent on proving it was an amazing plan, and fixing his buttons. I just loved this bit because of its simplicity. Both of them totally in character, Arnav slyly trying to annoy her and Khushi so involved in her thoughts that she doesn't even realise she's adjusting his buttons, and the small smile on his face that follows.

Looking forward to reading all the updates during the weekend.

And Miss. Doods I'm ready for your homework 🤓
